xD Extremely slowly. There's a reason why there's a twenty minute period in between assemblies and class periods that go before and after them.

That's a giant waste of time. We only have about 5 or 10 minutes before the assemblies start.

Yeah, but I normally don't complain xD Classes are shorter then~
Unless it's the Seniors Awards ceremony. Then you can just shoot me.
Around how many people go to your school?

Yeah, freshman always get the short end of the stick when it comes to assemblies.
I suppose. Do you have games between your grades during assemblies?

Kind of. It's also kind of stupid though. For the Homecoming Assembly, we have all these games between the classes.
I think my year is a lost cause. We just have no school spirit rofl

What do you do?
But everyone should stand up and cheer! Everyone except the freshman because they have no idea what's going on.

Um, we have lots of those games that you would normally find at some festival. Musical chairs, tug-of-war, relay races, basketball, etc., etc.
Cheering for a long time makes my throat hurt. xD
It's always the seniors and the sophomores who are the most animated in my school. I personally think (as do many in my school) that the games are rigged to favor the seniors.

How do basketball and musical chairs work during an assembly?
I'm pretty sure they are too, I also think it's better when the seniors win because they're supposed to be the leaders.

Well, there are like boards/committees for each grade. So like there's the Freshman Board, Sophomore Board, Junior Board, and the Senior Board. And then out of all those people, there are a bunch of "homecoming representatives" for each grade.
And then we watch them go at running around with eggs in their spoons.
Yeah, but it annoys me how the sophomores always end up in the "final two." Because homecoming assemblies group freshmen and sophomores together, and then juniors and seniors together. Freshmen never stand a chance, but I mean, it's not cool that the juniors have to lose every year. Because I personally think that our juniors could thrash this year's sophomores.

Weird, we just have people sign up to do the games.
Have your freshman ever won?

I think someone could get rich by betting on those games, but then that would be illegal... ninja

I'm not comfortable betting with real money ^^; Because I always feel like the entire situation could be manipulated against me, and I'd end up losing money.
