 Melodies normally pale face was red now, but she still smiled and even though he was all wet and her dress was all torn, she hugged him closer. She reached up to touch his neko ears, "Only thing is, I don't remember these. She leaned closer to the window to hear better or at least see who was talking. But she leaned to far and fell off the branch. She landed two stories below on her ankle. "Owwwuch. Bwaaahh. This human body is so delicate!" she whined silently and smelled something funny. Twilith looked down at the blood on her leg and poked it, "I'm leaking!?")

"Oni, much better than a demon....as for Shina, yes, she's my fiancee." Kuroi said, smiling a bit but sighed when he heard Twilith.
Debido looked up at her with wide eyes. "Huh, really? Wierd." he said, purring.

Shina blinked looking rather surprised.. Raising an eyebrow she said, "Ehh.. how did you know of my second name..? I have never spoken of it..." Shina sat down on the floor, still next to Kusargi.. feeling slightly light headed, since she had yet to recover fullly from earlier..

"Well, ugh here's go this story again." She sat next to Shina, still not fully recovered from her vision. "I can see visions through ice...I saw your parents Shina, which is what caused me to pass out. A major vision can sap me of my strength really quickly. It can make me feel like I'm having an heart attack. Kai saw me collapse and obviously brought me here. Why, I don't think either us know."

Shina looked completely shocked.. "Y-you saw my father.. and my mother..?" her mother had died long ago, so she didn't remember her at all.. For a stranger to be able to see her mother and she couldn't made her feel a pang of sadness.. It could clearly be seen by the look on her face..

"Shina, are you okay?" Kusargi asked, scared. "Maybe I shouldn't have brought it up. I said too much." She stood up and looked at her. "I didn't mean to make you feel bad Shina. It's just that...I figured that you would want to know. You really look like your mother."

Kusargi turned towards Kuroi sitting on the bed.
"You made an interesting choice falling in love with Shina. I didn't think that Oni's had a thing for humans. Then again, I didn't think that Oni's could fall in love."

Kusargi looked down at the ground, ashamed of herself.
"I apologize Kuroi. I didn't mean to sound so rude; I don't know what came over me. I just have a sore spot for Oni's. And you don't have to die. You have one thing most Oni's don't: someone who loves you."

Kuroi chuckled half heartedly. "I don't really blame you. All the things our kind has done....the things father did, and does....." he rolled over and looked at Shina. "They'll find us eventually....if we can't find something powerfull enough, not only all of us, but Shina's whole kingdom will be murdered." his eyes started to water until his tear ducts turned to metal. "I dragged her into so much. The marriage, assassins, Yuure.....kinda makes me wonder if I hadn't left home. I could stay brain-washed, living in paradice, hating humans, getting whatever I want, knowing neither of my kingdom's history, nor the enemies trying to kill us....." he plucked a strand of hair and it turned to metal. He threw it into a wall and laid back down.

Shina wasn't sure what to say, especially when the woman said that she looked just like her mother. She was somewhat happy to have an idea what her mother looked like, at last. But then the conversation turned to Kuroi and him sounding as though he wished that he had never left his home.. "But the deeds would be far worse if you ruled blindly.. Knowing can help you become a wiser ruler.." She was trying to comfort him by using her knowledge. "Enemies don't usually start out as enemies.." she began reciting again something she had been taught.
