I also refuse to watch British, Canadian, or Australian shows dubbed over by Americans.
Wait... do Americans dub some English-speaking shows only because the actors speak in another English dialect? *facepalms*

That is pretty weird, but to be fair I have met my share of english speakers that I have no idea what they are saying.

None of the 'boorus I know have any pictures of you reading books, "making science", writing in chalkboards or doing anything that proves your genius. That needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

I guess I'm lucky I could read the Spanish subs.

Actually, I got the whole bit about being a complete opposite to the point of being a Patchoulli rivaling genius from Hanzo, I thought it worked and ran with it.

Unless you're suggesting there should be more fanart of her as a genius. In that case I agree.

Well, that's what I was suggesting. However, I could swear I've seen fanart of a genius Achi Cirno before seeing you around... but I don't remember where. I think it was on /jp/, although I'm not sure.

How is Ikazu Cirno usually portrayed? I picture her as fast and energetic, enjoying anything that allows for racing... because electricity is fast.

None of those labels really fit me very well, but I guess pretentious snob fits me the best since I also refuse to watch British, Canadian, or Australian shows dubbed over by Americans.

Bingo!

Wotan Manasal
But the Canadians, British, and Australians don't talk in ebonics. In fact, the British are often more understandable than the Americans.

That's why American English can be SO WEIRD, DUDE.

I loled! blaugh I didn't know America took English programs and dubbed them though. That's a little strange ~ From a business perspective I can sort of see the point but I'd think it's a waste of resources anyways.

Well, I've never seen it done, so I dunno, dude.

The British drama "The Worst Witch" and Australia's "Mad Max" movies. They got dubbed over by American actors. Fortunately the modern DVD releases retain the original audio tracks, but that does not excuse the existence of the American dubs.

Mmmh... Mad Max is kinda understandable, Australian can be a very complex language. xd

Also: It was THE EIGHTIES, dude. A WEIRD time. See: Devo, Prince's Batdance, the "Total Eclipse of the Heart" video.

Aaaaand when you live in non-english speaking countries, you begin to understand and appreciate dubs, particularly when you also know the original work in the original language and understand the work many translators do in adapting it. It's hard work dude.

So, one thing is dubbing from Language X to Language Y, and another to dub from Language X spoken in A to Language X spoken in B. The first is OK, the second is STUPID, and only AMERICANS do it.

Keine's power doesn't affect memories. Remember how in IN, Keine hid the history of the human village existing, making it invisible, but all of the cast still remember it and notice that it's gone.

Well, for one thing, I got like, one theory, is it maybe because, I don't know, it exists between the borderline of, Japan, not trying to find Gensokyo itself, because if they do, obviously, something is gonna happen, and it would not be good.

I love hindering someone, but making friends close is the only goal I will need to survive.
