Kon still stared at her with a bewildered look.
"Isn't he..... older? I mean, he's been the Flash for a while, and he's Nightwing's friend..."
Conner looked at Tim with the same expression. Maybe he was approaching this from the wrong angle.

X23 nodded to Oracle. "I'm fine... Frustrated, but fine. You wanted them still here... They still escaped. I should have killed them all as soon as I saw them." she said. "I'm sorry I didn't act sooner. I was more focused on protecting you than making sure they didn't escape. Would you like me to track them down, then bring them back here... Mother?"
Mother... That was a word she had never called anyone before. It was... new to her. But she found that she liked it.

As Rogue mouthed 'mother' toward Carol Danvers, Oracle just looked at X23, I'm going to have to sit this girl down and talk to her about her impulses. "I would prefer that they weren't killed. We're not executioners. They do need to be found and brought in to be made accountable for what they did. We have all the evidence on this 'execution squad'. They need to be brought in alive, so the government can't just say that the Titans and the X-Men attacked these guys without cause. We can't let the government sweep this under the rug.... and to prevent that requires a trial on Capital Hill."

"It would be simpler, and quicker, to just kill them. No-one knows about me, so... I will go do that. That way the government can't trace the bodies back to anyone." X23 said, seemingly not understanding why they would be preferred alive. In truth, she did understand, but she was not raised to keep people alive-- she had been raised to hunt down and kill people. It was all she knew.

I really do need to have a heart to heart talk with this girl, Babs thought to herself, "Look, we don't kill. Those Hydra guys told you that the only thing you can do is kill. That isn't true. Simplier isn't neccessarily right."

Jinx continued to work on Robin's back and leaned in to whisper, "When all this crap is over, do you want to ... just go somewhere by ourselves? It's completely up to you."

X23 was silent for a few long moments, mulling over Oracle's reprimand. She had the urge to ask her why she was so sure, but kept silent.
"Okay." she said after a few moments of thought. "Can I get a new outfit?" she asked. The thought had literally just come to her, actually. "Something that doesn't make me think of HYDRA?"

Oracle smiled as she reached out and pushed a rebel strand of hair back into place, "I think we can do that. Let's see what we have here on hand, then later we'll come up with something that might suit you best."

X23 nodded, and looked to the others, noting how much Jinx looked like Oracle in her disguise.
"That suit... Did you wear it, before...?" she looked back at Babs, gesturing to her current state.

X23's eyes moved to the high-heeled boots Jinx was wearing, and she frowned. "How did you manage to walk in those? They seem highly impractical, although good for attracting men," she said.
"So, can we go see what is available?"

X23 cast another look to the others, and she arched an eyebrow. She then shrugged, and walked with Babs.
"Those people you wanted to contain. Who were they? The more information I have on them, the easier it will be for me to go after them." she said as they moved.

While Oracle was helping X23 and Jinx was tending to Robin ( twisted )....
Rogue turned to Carol Danvers, still feeling the guilt of what had happened between the two women, and sighed before asking advice from the woman who had every reason to despise her, "Ah think most of us are a bit spent, but Suppai's real dangerous. With most of us walkin wounded, do ya think we aught to hang back an rest? Ah know ya hate mah guts an all, but Ah'm worried about mah teammates and the friends we just made -- that bein tha Titans. Also, Suppai's broke out a bunch a rogue gov't operatives that bein killin Titans off, cause we'd stumbled on some secret spy stuff... Ah think."

Tim was slightly distracted by the massage he was recieving.
"Um-huh? Like... the manor or something-?"
Kon's jaw dropped once again. There were times in which Conner didn't want the hieghtened hearing he had.

While Jinx continued to gently work Tim's back, she whispered back, "Actually, I was thinking a small vacation.... Like maybe going to Paris or Monte Carlo. If that's too ritzy, we can go to the beach, an island, just about anywhere but Gotham for a while to completely unwind. Something completely fun."
