Ah, this weekend sure is great people. It's Prairie Villa Rendezvous time yet again! The Prairie Rendezvous is an annual fair and festival that steps back in time to life in a Mississippi River village and encampment. In years past, Indians would come annually to trade fur with European fur traders.
Today, they allow people to camp on the island among the Indians. There is quite a bit of ethnic foods, many small shops, competitions and games, beer, and much more. I'll be going back today, it's always great to be outside and soak up some sun.
