I was just thinking that a character in a cartoon had a WHOLE bunch of rings on his fingers... and they were really special. 3nodding I remember that one!! I just have no idea what it's called. sweatdrop I was actually thinking about it a long time ago, but I couldn't remember the title then either. xp http://www.marveldirectory.com/individuals/m/mandarin.htm No that's not it. This guy was blue, and he wore a red suit with a globe on the chest. And I believe he had a mullet. Captain Planet! xp And I so said that I was not thinking of him in my first post about it.. Though.. I must say that I was an avid watcher of that series..
