I think the new style is better for security... you see less of the edits, but still get a good general impression.
Anyway frankly, if I was an art thief I'd take the edits from other people, not from the samples.

Aiko: That's what most art thieves do, which is why Kimini and I started adding our names to our edits, and overlapping the name over at least a few of the pixels. They also steal from shops, however, so we made the TV lined sample sets at the same time as we started "signing" our edits to protect both the samples and the finished products.
Update: I just have four more custom edits and three more premade edit orders to fill and I can start filling up the Final Fantasy sample set! XD
The "Wall Market" set of Aeris, Cloud, and Tifa will be worked on first. After that, I'll probably work on their regular outfits. After that, most likely Advent Children Cloud. And after that...I'll see if I have any motivation left to work on the remaining 30+ edits I have on the list. XD

Meriko Oh, darn it. Apparently the sticky feature has been disabled for guilds. I just edited the first post of the Shop Sample thread and bloop...down to page two it goes. *lol*
Well...I'm trying out a new "television line" look. I took out all the existing Final Fantasy related edits and gave them their own sample set with the new style of TV lines. Feedback appreciation. The basic idea is "better security." Darker edits weren't very protected with the old style television lines, but perhaps this new style is just too obtrusive. I like it ^^ it would definitally be noticeable if someone tried to steal em.

I just had to move all the threads that I had already moved earlier this week. >< The horrible part is that I'm not certain if pending forum maintenance will make what I just did completely redundant.

Meriko I just had to move all the threads that I had already moved earlier this week. >< The horrible part is that I'm not certain if pending forum maintenance will make what I just did completely redundant. oh wow, that sucks. is there anyone you can talk too (mod/admin) that can give you information if threads will be moved again? I lost my art contest sad I cant get to it. Luckily, I already saved all the entries and if anyone asks about it, i just tell them the info they need 3nodding it ends tomorrow night eek and i've gotten some really good art ... gonna be hard to decide, but then again, thats why im having my roomate judge and not me whee

I just had a problem with the swiss_master database. Is it new? Swiss is the new server made espeically for the new forum re-write and stuff ^^ Jakobo talked about it at Fanime.
