he sighed softly and picked her up "well pumpkin..." he sighed again "we need to have a little talk about... what we are" he went and took a seat on the couch with her in his lap
she nodded "I know I'm not really ready for a family... but.." she looked up at him and smiled softly "I love you... and I would want to have my family with you"

"Damn..." He plopped his head on the pillow. "I love you too babe.... But there are a few things about my family you don't know."
She just looked at him. "Whats that daddy?"
she followed him and sat down putting Tibby on her lap.

"Tibby... She's more like me princess..." he stroked her hair gently "you... you're more like mommy, you might not get fangs" he said softly "you see know what I am... well... mommy's not... mommy's a regular human"
she looked up at him, a little hurt "what do you mean?"

"every one's special princess..." he kissed her cheek "we don't know if you'll get fangs or not... mommy and I don't know... but... if you don't you're still special... because you're still part of this family, part of this world that no one else knows about..."
she sat up and rolled off of him, curling up again "what are you...?" she asked softly, almost scared to know

"Well ummm..... me I'm a vampire my twin, Ryan..... is a werewolf. thats what my family is made up of. But Ryan is married to Deb who's a human and I have two uncles who are also human....." He looked at her and wanted to touch her but was afraid she might scream. "Thats why my parents said they could hear us and tibby, my niece said she got her fangs in..." He was already flinching.
"Reawy?" She was still kinda disappointed that she might not get fangs.

He nodded slowly, "Yeah....." he said softly. he wanted to ask her if she was okay. He wanted to reassure her that he or anyone else in the house wasn't going to hurt her. He heard Deb and Ryan down stairs.
She snuggled into him. she was jealous of her sister. She thought it wasn't fair.

he kissed the top of her head "sorry princess" he held her close
she got up off the bed "my cloths are... still in the bathroom" she said softly and tucked her hair behind her ear before leaving the room quietly
she nervously looked up at her husband "do you think she's ok...?" she whispered

"Who?" He knew there were a few girls that she could be asking about.

as she walked to the bathroom she was thinking. She took her time gathering her things before starting back to his room, dragging the bag on the floor

she dropped her bag and ran to him, wrapping her arms tightly around his waist and pressing her face in to his back
