Kayla had stood there gaping holding her stuff as the action had unfolded. being sad could kill? Kayla wished she could do something but wasnt sure what she could do.

Geoff smiled to himself as he carried Eva out of the school. Three of them, right there in front of him... and unaware of what they were, just as Eva had been. He would have to be careful not to err with them as he had with Eva in Minsk, killing Chad had been the wrong thing to do.

Veronica, done with her studies at the freehold, decided she would go wait for everyone outside the School. She got bored just waiting, so she had used a rock to scratch out a hopscotch board and was playing it while she waiting.

Nick waved goodbye to Aidan before following Kayla over to Veronica. "Hey Veronica." he smiled
