"Does anyone have something to... cover her up?" Yugi asked, amazed that he could speak without stuttering. He was shaking rather badly, aware that Luci might still be nearby.

Khalid considered refusing, but found that he didn't care enough to protest. He shrugged the jacket off, tossing it at Ember. "You should go ahead and get out of here."

Ember cought the jacket and wraped it gently around kawi who groaned in pain.

"Do you think it's a good idea to move her?" Atem hadn't been there when Luci healed the cuts, and wasn't sure why he couldn't see any wounds. He didn't know how hurt she might be.

"Up we go" Ember said gently lifting kawi into her arms. kawi groaned agian spitting up alittle blood.

"Mmm." Atem took a hold of Yugi's shoulders, prepared to scoop the boy up. Yugi tried to push Atem away, insisting that he didn't need it. Atem didn't want to give in, but instead made Yugi put one arm around his shoulders so he could support him.

Atem glared, unable to find the words to voice his fury; his pure hatred towards this one being. He might have tried, had Yugi pleaded with him mentally not to do anything, to just get out of there. Atem grit his teeth together, shaking with rage.

"Thank you." Khalid said, giving Atem an odd look. He decided to speak to save Atem from having to. "I'd love to stay and all, but I really need to go. My husband is fairly unstable, and he's alone with a child. He's my personal project." He took a sip of the soda.
