Loki; the docks arent really a hinderence; in fact its damned useful to use when you have a large word buildup and need to find where you last were xD

I know the ability to skip the docks was for more of an In RP reason because I personally didn't see teh point in the docks when I've got an airship smile the made up was approved anyway so its more fun for me razz

Of course, since that means that the sheer jump in chakra is WAY past the Genin limit, I don't think there's an option for allowing Kyouken to seal part away until promotion. (If it were a large amount of smaller totals, then possibly. But there's no proper way to portion a large sum, just like someone only 500 from their cap couldn't learn a skill for 2000.) So she will be going missing-nin, though even then, I have ways around that little distinction.
