i dont have to actually, used the free techs to get a couple of them and thusly i have finished my academy training. so i'll meet you there.

Metal; one problem with the tech is in the wording - its being looked over quick in the mod forums.
"coming along every 15,000 CP" almost sounds like you earn a new double every 15,000 CPS; as opposed to costing that much. So at 30,000 you would have 2 doubles, and then at 45,000 you would have 3, etc.
