Ah, good, your lineart is already on a transparent layer. ^_^
Just create a new layer under the layer(s) that your lineart is on, and use the pencil tool to block in colors. 8D

o-o;; Pixel... by pixel? gonk I'm new at this. ;o; Maybe if I just clean it up... And color it when I get more practice....

Well, use the pencil to put color along the lines surrounding the part you want to color, making sure that the pixels form a completely closed area, and then use the paint bucket to fill in the rest of the color. o3o
