We don't do parallel parking here at all anymore- we just drive through the cones forward and then backwards and then go out for the road test.

Nurrrr, It's been a while since I've stopped in xD
I crew for a huge guild and we've been planning for our summer event, I'm trying to repair a computer, painting, plus I captain for a guild and I spend the majority of my time there and I spent all of last night in a cam chat with some of the regulars there x3

I might be getting a motorcycle license pretty soon. =O I'm not sure how that's going to go since I'm sure the test for that is entirely different than the ones for cars. @_@ At least, I think?

Me to Kuro... it's fecking expensive. £62 for the test and £105 for the use of my instructors car, the lesson before hand and then the 30 minutes it'll take to get home from the fecking test centre ¬.¬
so £167, not to mention the £1290 I've spent on driving lessons and the £1000 I spent on getting my car and insuring it, and the £50 repairing the darn thing.
So all in all (not including paying for petrol) driving has cost me about £2507 which is $3832.70 according to my google currency converter XD

I took the test in my own car and I don't remember if there were any fees associated with the test its self. It's been a while since I took mine.
