i wouldn't be so sure. you are definitely like second in the true hierarchy though. what's the condition, and what is the loophole? or is it just kam'ri's loop hole?

but you know if you deceive them the front door won't open right? also, the contracts words don't factor into its effects. plus they'd read the contract. though if it's in the conditions themselvse you have it. it just stops you from telling on them. you can still betray and kill them.
(the contract says what it does, but it isn't magic: it doesn't possess the capacity to read your signature... the presence of your blood is all that is really needed)

Anyway... this new character's power shall be the bestowing of Blessings and Curses. The Blessings and Curses themselves can not be nullified, but the core power of him granting them can be nullified. The reason? The character is merely the conduit of a much more greater being of power that allows him to bestow such a power. Some curses and blessings are restricted to a certain power type. Example, a blessing of a Lightning User would be much more powerful electrical attacks and much more advanced control over it, where as a Curse would either be having the power turned in on itself, shocking the user instead of the target, or reversing the element, releasing streams of water... although that might not be a Curse. <.< Some curses and blessings have a duration, others don't and release under certain conditions. And my character has the touch the target in order to bestow a blessing or curse. ...the Light can not exist....

i will say only a few things on it. Change one the "and" between more power and control to "or". No changing the element. I will be fine saying they cant be nullified once placed but if the person has no power at the time then the blessing/curse is pretty much null at the the time. It would return when they get their power back but yea. You will have to be careful and i would say the most effective/powerful ones have to have time limits. Also since it is the person's power lets go with that he/she cant bless/curse them self. (more than a few but ehh)
