Make the Hunchback carry a giant bell as a weapon, the invisible man could have great range and be a tricky character, Phantom, probably like a musketeer, something that looks like Boris Karloff, and big guy that use potions.

You are on the same track here. Have him in like an old fashion over coat, pince nez, wraping on his head and arms blowing in the wind, making the top of his head and hands invisible. Have him use like syringes to stab and poison people, maybe even beef up his own attacks, have his appendenges unravel to strike with ungodly range, maybe a super where all bandages are ripped off and unseen barrage, or super long throw move. I'd imagine Invisibo would be the boss, hunting down Darkstalkers for tests and crap like that. The Hunchback could be mixed with like Igor, his lab assisstant, the killer could be like hired help, and the Mr. Hyde former partner of Invisibo, departed because of cruelty and the like, wants to stop him, that old chestnut. Uses potions for projectiles, steroide enhancers, like making him huge for like a super punch or something, and a huge transformation for the super.

That's kinda what I meant, but kinda Dhaslim like with normal attacks. I was thinking like a tall guy that look like Boris Karloff in the face, old fashioned killer, probably wielding a straight edge razor normally, a butcher knife, or maybe both, switching to different ones for different ones, makes him more wacky that way. The scar thing sounds cool. For one super, maybe slash the opponent with everything in his arsenal, start small and work his way up, through hedge clippers, machete, comically over sized sword, finally finishing off with a chainsaw. Maybe give him a meat hook and a chain for range. The Phantom, maybe some phasing warp things like Bison and Akuma, give him a sword and a pistol, give him a lot of acting moves, like sandbags and maybe a singing ranged attack, final curtain call could be his super, kinda like Akuma, if he hits, pulls a rope and the curtains fall, comical rustling behind curtain, opens with opponent on floor and Phantom bows, or maybe they both bow at end and the opponent gets knocked away by something thrown by audience.
