Elu's at Craftsman, so just meet up there.
Ryu left the general area - so you shouldnt have to worry about him so long as he's eating in the caf.
So just ask Elu if he's seen an Uchiha, give the description; and mention wanting to get back at him for taking your eye.
Elu might not be with the AM, but he doesnt like the idea of fighting an opponent who's been weakened; so it's in his nature to offer you a drink of the Potion of Hades.

Allright, Cause I need to talk to the Uchiha there that is not Ryu's, The other Ryu run by sanada, GOt a deal worked out for him, which I need the DHC to be open for if green was this nice to me. This one time green, let me use it for the eye transfer.

It's not about fear of future damage to the DHC. It's the principle of the matter. Reaver speaks for the Angra Mainyu and he'd wanna destroy it again, me as well. So if I don't trust the leader I can't trust his followers either... I guess can consider it though.

But if you implant those explosive things into anyone who gets an operation; cant you just threaten to blow up the members who have received operations if they choose to attack you?

...I think I have 2300 chakra points... because of the initial 800, plus the 1500 bonus for obscure village start...
...do I also add the make up points though?
