Perrian nodded and hugged Isidar. "Yup, I don't want anything to happen to you. Though, if anything does, just come to me and I'll see what I can do. Ok?" Perrian said and chuckled. "Believe me, my healing powers combined with my staff and summon should be enough to heal a lot."

"Thanks, I have a knack for getting into trouble" Isidar said with a mischievous smirk "but I'll try to stay out of trouble" with that she called Misery over, who was wandering around the tavern.

Perrian smiled. "Well, you ready to get moving to Vincent's place? It looks like Misery is dying to get out of this place and into more open ground." Perrian said and chuckled.

"I'm ready to meet this Vincent you've been talking about. He sounds interesting" she said with a smile "and I think your right about Misery. He isn't accustomed to being inside." she said with a quick giggle.

Perrian nodded. "Then lets go! I'll lead the way and lets just hope Vincent is home." Perrian said and smiled. He started walking towards the door holding Isidar's hand. Both of them walked out of the tavern.

Varnis sighed as he had remembered about the man with an odd accent requesting his help with figuring out what is going on with the forest. Standing up from where he was standing, he walks over to the door, and places his hand on the knob (or what ever the mechanism is to open the door.) Slowly going to open the door, he turns around, realizing that he has no one to help him in the quest. He walks over to the closest table, and pulls a seat out from the table and sits down. Clearing his throat he looked about to see who was there. Mumbling to himself loud enough for anyone who wanted to know, what he was mumbling about, could know what it was. Mumbling to himself he said that he needed help, but did not know how to get help.

Mumbling to himself he said that he needed help, but did not know how to get help. Lugh, who was a table away, looked up at Varnis. For a moment he wondered if he had even heard correctly, despite this, Lugh moved to Varnis' table. He sat there silently waiting for Varnis' reply.

The strange assortment of characters in the tavern mind their own bussiness. The bartender like usual is kept busy running back and forth trying to keep up with people's orders, and from the basement some crashing and explosions can be heard. It seems this is an average day at the tavern, when suddenly a black dragon bursts though the front door, and flies around the room screaching, and making quite the ruckus. The bartender jumps up and starts trying to bat at the beast as it rounds the room a second time. After getting everyone attention in the tavern it flies back out the door and to what appears to be a pile of bones wrapped in a black cloak lying in the middle of the road. The dragon grabs a hold of the cloak and starts to drag it toward the tavern. As it comes closer the onlookers notice that it is a very very skinney man being dragged closer to the tavern.

Varnis looked over at Lugh "He-" He was cut short as the dragon flew into the tavern's front door. Drawing his Void Blade, he stood up, and watched it for a second. As the dragon flew out from the door, Varnis ran after it some, and watched it starting to drag a man towards the tavern. Sheathing his blade, he looked over at Lugh for a second before running over to the man that was being dragged behind the dragon. "What happened to this man?" Varnis asked the dragon more than anyone, not really thinking that the dragon would answer, he did wait for a reply though.

Lugh understood varnis' message, 'well talk later'...
Lugh gets up and heads towards the commotion, "everyone please stay calm, its still to early to tell if anyones in danger but please remain cautious and aware of your surroundings," shouted Lugh, the standard message to civilians he's had to relay many times before.

FARGORE walks into the inn quickly with a brown sack slung over his shoulder. Without a word he walks to the nearest table and dumps its contents out. Several small plastic guns scatter across the wooden surface. He reaches down and picks one of them up. Still without a word he turns and walks out of the tavern leaving several plastic toy guns behind. They seem to be normal old plastic toys, they appear to have some kind of compartment on top that is filled with a clear liquid. There are 5 toys still laying on the table.

Lazarus stumbles through the door, having made it back from the void after getting his robes handed to him by Emu. He looks around, and walks towards the bar. Along the way, he passes the table that has the toys on them. Always interested in learning of new things, Lazarus pickes one up, and procedes to the counter.
Sitting down, he orders his usual cup of tea with lemon, and procedes to check the toy over. He gets a feel for it in his hands, and procedes to learn how the device works.

('Sigh' okay I'll bite.)
For whatever reason, Van is also there and picks up a toy examining it curiously.

*Firu emurges form his usualy seat ( a booth against the back wall of the tavern, a nice quiet and dimly lit spot) making his way over to the table where Fargor has left the curious toys. Picking one up he makes his way back to his seat while giving it a good looking over.*

Kail walks in through the door making one of his rare appearances in the inn. He tended to avoid the place due to the stares he got from some of the older patrons, the ones who had known his family before they were murdered. However he had noted that Basidia had softened his reappearance a bit making public appearances a little more comfortable. He sits down at the table waiting for service.
Basidia, like any child, was struggling to sit still in her seat. Her attention was immediately turned to the toys. However she knew she had to behave in public after the last fiasco, so she asks Kail first. "Father, may I go play with one of those toys?
Kail glances over at the toys and doesn't see any harm in it. They seemed to be left out in th open for the taking. "Yes you may, but only take one."
Basidia lets out a little squeak of joy and runs over and grabs one of the toy pistols. She wonders if she can find another child to play with.
(1 toy left)
