And for number four-

Aqua Distortion- As Hedoro's usage of her body increases, she finds herself better able to understand precisely how it does what it does. As a being composed of what is essentially a liquid colloid (gel/slime) she doesn't have organs. That includes ears, eyes, heart, brain and so on. But she is obviously alive, her substance is able to replicate many of the functions of organs that would be necessary to her survival. Mostly just the senses, but if she needed, she could make a portion of her beat like a heart, for whatever reason. But even though she can replicate the senses, they don't work the same as a human's. Her senses of sight and sound are almost the same, both are basically sensing vibrations and stimuli against her surface. Her sight is much like echolocation, as she can receive the input from how sounds impact her form to almost see around her. If needed, she could form an eye using Frost Eye or a similar technique, but her own version of sight works well enough to tell her what she needs to know. And she can, in fact, form an eye and see through it like a human would, and has in fact done so for a good while (her stay in the academy, for instance), but it requires a portion of her concentration, so she usually lets her vision downgrade to echolocation.
She has used this system unconsciously her entire life, and it has become second nature, as well as very defined. Even when she is exposed to many different sounds, she can still avoid getting them jumbled together. But if the sound was extreme enough, it could very well disable her sight and hearing for a while, while she regains her composure.
As well, she can manipulate her hearing and sight, by altering her own body's precise movement. By sending tremors through her entire form, she can effectively shut off her sight and hearing, relying almost purely on touch. When this happens, her touch is amplified by a decent amount. (Then again, it was already pretty sharp, really anywhere on her body is as sensitive and dextrous as the most sensitive and dextrous parts of a normal human's anatomy, if not moreso.)
As she came to understand this aspect of her body, she realized that what she did could be used on people besides herself, in a completely different manner. By extending her sense almost like an aura, she can cause a physical change much like what appears to be a common illusion concerning water. Much like how an arm appears to be split in two when looked at through water's surface, she can actually do that same act, through concentration and a subtle vibration. It doesn't cause injury, the seperated portions of whatever look as if they had been that way their entire existence. If a hand is split from an arm, there is skin where they would have been connected, and the hand can still move by the mind controlling it. The same goes for more crucial parts of the body, as well, be it head, torso or whatever. This split is temporary but unhealable. It lasts until the battle is done, or once a certain distance is put between Hedoro and the target. (one mile?) Once that condition(s) has been met, the pieces return to their normal positions as if nothing had happened. There is no pain, and the main downside is the inconvenience of the seperation. (As in, it's hard to do hand seals if your hands are forty feet apart, or you have trouble seeing because your head is lying on a table facing the wrong way. Things like that. It's virtually the exact same ability as what I had originally proposed for Hedoro's version of Soul Edge. The reason why I'm making it part of her made-up is I felt kind of guilty going that far beyond what Drago had originally meant when the weapon's description said it took whatever form the user wished. It felt like I had gone a bit too far, so instead I'll have the weapon be as it should, and save the ability for this made-up. Also, for anyone interested, I think I'll have Soul Edge take the form of Tri-Edge's blades. I'll find a pic later if anyone wants.)

1.Cold Blood

All the Blood that Frios asorbs from other Ninja (If I kill someone in a battle and drain there blood) gets placed in a special organ, that allows him to focus his chakara to it. The blood also has the chakara of the previous ninja, so this blood is highly saturated, and extremly dark red in color. Frios can manipulate this blood at will, and the more he kills and gathers, the larger the amount of blood is. It is released from the pores in his skin.

2. Blood of the Gods

Frios's Blood is extremely rich and he takes on different peoples blood as well. For this, his blood has been adapted. He has the ability to harden blood to a hard rocky type substance. The second part of this ability is that he is able to disable most poisins and dieses in his blood stream, unless he is encountered by a master. (Jashuu, the "father" of illness lol)

Dark Abiss of Torment-(genjutsu)- straps the opponent onto a strong metal cross and the person falls through a never ending abiss and pressure squeezes them as they go down farther and farther, if they hit the bottom it means that they died from the pressure or physical attacks, because they are in a sleep-like state while under the technique.

The Voids Power, Level 1-(taijutsu)- allows user to move at twice as fast as normal and inceases streangth 25%

The Voids Power, Level 2-(taijutsu)- has to use level 1 first, allows user to move at 3 times normal speed and increases streangth 50%

Hydrophobia- passive ability. The next evolution in the progression of Hedoro's unique biostructure, this one is a less physically obvious ability. Instead it deals more with her precise make-up. Due to her structure basically being composed of water that is highly-saturated with her own unique chakra, if it is introduced into a foreign body, the two are incompatible, leading to the spread of a genetic malady.
In simplest terms, if Hedoro were to have a portion of her body enter an opponent's (usually through forming her hand into a blade and cutting them, and it must be her normal form, not any variations from Aqua Mirabilis) they will develop a disorder very similar to rabies. The foreign particles of Hedoro's enter the nervous system and travel to the central nervous system. At this point, there are few symptoms(slight or partial paralysis, cerebral dysfunction, anxiety, insomnia, confusion, agitation, abnormal behavior, paranoia, hallucinations, progressing to delirium), and it is easily cured by getting away from her and taking proper medicative procedures. (Medic-nins, several other options) If not treated, it continues on to the brain and spinal cord, where it inflames and infects them, causing them to enlarge and leading up to paralysis and death. (Encephalitis and myelitis, respectively) The early symptoms begin on the second post after being infected, and if not treated near-complete paralysis sets in after ten posts. If still untreated, death would come by the fifteenth post.
This is only against organisms who actually have nervous systems and brains and things like that. Against other things, such as clones, beings like her and other non-humans, the infection functions much like a regenerating acid. It continues to burn and burn until removed, drawing upon the host's energy and moisture to keep itself viable.
There is one symptom in common regardless of what sort of being is infected. It starts gradually, but increases more and more, subjecting the opponent to a severe fear and paranoia of everything, Hedoro in particular. This is no Genjutsu, but their body's natural inclination to be rid of her infection.

Chakra Spike Connection - This move requires both the Chakra Spike Armor and the Chakra Conenction technique. As the spikes form, they are connected to Komen via chakra strings, where he can lash them out and pull them back at will causing serious physical damage. Which in turn gives Komen the versatility of movement (like tentacles of a octopus) This technique is projected from all of komen's Tenketsu Points. The range of these whip like spikes extend 3 meters every 10k of chakra the user possesses.

With this technique, A Hyuuga User is able to strike at Tenketsu points from a distance rather then with their fingers to stop the tenketsu point from working. Deadly accuracy and contact with vital organ tenketsu's (heart, brain, kidney etc) Will cause that organ to stop functioning for the rest of the battle. Causing serious internal injuries throughout the entire battle.

Silver Secret Technique: The Mystical Preformance- Grand Finale

This fuuinjutsu is used to keep an opponent within a certain range. After using All The World is A Stage, the user can create a barrier on stage that seems to only be a chalk line on the stage in a star shape. If anyone including the user passes over the line they will be engulfed in a wash of blue flames. Atempting to move even farther out from the star will result in having poisonous gas being released from vents in the stage. This poison is created using a desert spiders venom which can paralyze a cow in near 3 seconds flat. Once paralyzed they will be struck with a volley of needles filled with poison of a rattlesnake.



Silver Secret Technique: The Mystical Preformance- The Last Samurai

This advanced genjutsu is the follow up to Grand Finale. The area in a 1 mile radius falls into darkness leaving only the combatants iluminated by what seems to be spot lights. Then the user disapears to be replaced by a samurai puuppet in full battle armor. Then traditional Kabuki music begins to play in the background seeming to come from everywhere at the same time, but the real genjutsu only starts after the user who disapeared when he was replaced by the samurai strikes a huge gong 3 times. While the music is playing and the user is striking the gong the opponent will most of the time be stuck fighting the samurai puppet which seems to be operated without the use of chakra strings. Once the user strikes the gong 3 times (once per post) the opponent will fall into the genjlutsu. When in the genjutsu the user believes that they are strung up like a marionette with strings trailing off both the samurai and themselves leading up to a giant Kama above them controlling their every movement. Then in the opponent's mind they will fight the samurai for 3 days straight with the samurai receiving little to no damage and the opponent receiving many minor injuries. Then at the end of the three days the giant Kama will control the strings to create an opening for the samurai who will plunge it's blade through the opponents chest. This mental torture is Kama's ultimate technique causing the opponent to feel 3 days fatigue of fighting in 3 seconds of time and causing shcok to the body due to the preceived fatal blow. After the genjutsu which only lasts 3 seconds the real samurai will attempt to drive the blade into the weakened opponents chest.

Classification: Genjutsu (hand to hand-mid range)
Element: None
Description:
A simple genjutsu done with the users palm. It almost looks like a strike but is intended to miss as the user pushes out a small gust of black wind (the size of a small bird that finds its way into the users vocal chords. (The victim imagines all of this). It then disables the victims ability to speak and use Ninjutsu and Genjutsu for 6 turns.
At such a close range for the technique, its incredibly hard to avoid.

Zakun's Wrath Seal-(genjutsu) Zakun charges his charkra to his palm and fingures of one hand and hits the face of his apponent leaving a mark on his face, after the opponent makes one post he enters a genjutsu where he has to make a decission between 2 doors by rolling a die he determines what will happen odds he starts over even he advances to the next room, there are 2 rooms to go throughonce he hits the end he is back to normal, otherwise he can break it by regular wase of breaking a genjutsu.(changes adding 2 rooms every time upgrades level, genin- chunin and Chunin- jounin)

Elfin Lied Arms - As a passive skill, The psychic that acquires this skill has permanent invisible arms made of chakra that burst out from their skull to defend or attack. The arms are capable of Defending against all physical strikes but only have a slight defense against elements. Their range depends on the chakra count of the user. (every 10k of sp the user gains 2 meters of reach for the arms)


A more in-depth explanation of the move/tweaking so my version is not precisely the same as Komen's.
Vectors- Demi-passive. Due to a growing irregularity within Nemu's pineal gland, semi-invisible (they can be seen as translucent in rain or mist) arms made of chakra began to manifest after her mental barriers were shattered (This hasn't happened yet, so until it does, this made-up would be unusable. And even then, this would only be usable if and when she snaps, which would be very rare. Triggered by head injuries, large shocks and the like.) They are centered in her pineal gland, sprouting forth from the back of her head to move at her will. Each arm has a base reach of two meters, and there are two arms at the beginning, although as she grows in strength, their number and reach increases.
(Every 10K of user chakra equals two meters of reach, and every 25K manifests two extra arms. These arms require a fair degree of concentration, they move by her will, and if she totally loses her concentration, they vanish back to their point of origin, until extended once more. They move approximately three times as fast as her real arms, and have a high degree of strength against physical objects, such as rocks, kunai or flesh. Against elements and other non-physical force, they are virtually useless, barely even usable as shields, although they can be used to help move her faster than what otherwise might be possible. As invisible manifestations of chakra, they are not entirely corporeal, able to pass through some objects such as rocks or people without causing damage. They can be made corporeal, and vibrate at such a frequency that they can cause severe damage to physical objects. However, the particular irregularity in Nemu's vectors has caused these arms to be carriers of the same irregularity. If one of the arms were to pass through another humans' pineal gland, and they lived to procreate, their future children would have this same irregularity.)
As an instantly noticeable sign of her change, a pair of small bony horns sprouted from her head at the same time, small protuberances that are only about three to four inches large. Which is one of the reasons she would barely even remove her hat.
A bit of superstition-based trivia: The pineal gland is occasionally associated with the sixth chakra (also called Ajna or the third eye chakra in yoga) or sometimes the Seventh (Crown) chakra. It is believed by some to be a dormant organ that can be awakened to enable telepathic communication.

So how's that sound, a fitting outward sign of a shattering psyche when that time finally comes? (And yes, there is certainly the potential that this made-up will never be usable, it all depends on Nemu's story driving her past the breaking point. And yes, if it happens, then I suppose she would possibly be fighting in the future.)


Since this was just a tweak, not a whole new move, did it need to be approved?

nah it's ok. I approve it on the basis that it follows closely to my own technique which was cleared by Drago. And I gave you permission to do so.

Enhanced Hearing: Enhanced Hearing appears to be a passive ability which is always active, yet controllable. With some concentration, the user can isolate particular sounds to be able to hear the desired sound at any volume from any distance. Once the sound is heard the user is able to know exactly where that object is at. ((Anything within the Village Thread.))
