Well, the national law code sets it at 13, but individual municipalities set their own standards, many of which are 18...
BUUUT, the national code overrides the local ones, so even though you might get in trouble, a decent lawyer would be able to get you off the hook no problem.

BUUUT, the national code overrides the local ones, so even though you might get in trouble, a decent lawyer would be able to get you off the hook no problem. Ah...the wonders of the internet! xd Wow!
