Jaeshan could only smile, and accept the flower. "Thanks," he said, not blushing for once. "I only wish I had something to give to you..." he stopped, looking fairly awkward as he patted himself down. "Well, I'll think of something," he nodded, and had a look at the bikes. He'd gone through nearly all of them when he found one that would be tall enough for his long legs. It was a dark, roan red colour, and looked pretty trustworthy. "I guess this'll do," he said, and swung his leg over. "Perfect fit," he added, bouncing up and down slightly. "Let's get going, then. I somehow think my friend will beat us there." He pushed off, looking rather wobbly to start, but quickly regained his form. "We'll be there in no time now!"

Onix fell back onto the ground after the massive wave cascaded upon him while Tsunami nimbly landed on the ground still rearin to go. After a few moments the rock Pokemon managed to slither back into a somewhat fighting stance.
"Man this is getting to be a pain." Mag sighed. It was annoying that a rock/ground pokemon had survived many powerful water attacks. "I guess that Gym Leaders are a lot tougher than your average trainer" he complimented. "But that isn't going to stop us, go for it one last time, Surf!" Mag shouted.
"Use Iron Tail to cut the Wave!" Brock instructed as the tail on Onix began to glow white. The wave once more came crashing down at the large snake but this time it would be too much... or would it? It boldly smashed the oncoming wave with it's tail sending steam pouring out. But quite unexpectedly for him Tsunami had planned ahead and rushed a powerful Water Gun right through the place where it chopped the wave.

The look in the Absol's eyes only furthered Kasiya's desire to capture it. She stood her ground, already holding an empty Pokeball in her hand. Digger still looked stunned that his first attack had missed, which made him an easy target for the Quick Attack that came barreling into him only moments later. Instinctively the Sandslash rolled itself up into a Defense Curl, giving it a slight boost in defensive power. The Absol gave a cry, its head swaying back and forth, its curved horn glowing a bright white. Two small whirlwinds materialized in front of it, the first stage of a Razor Wind. Seeing this, Kasiya jumped at the opportunity to attack.
"Go Digger! Earthquake!" she called, remembering the devastating, earth-splitting move she'd taught the Pokemon only hours before. The Sandslash leaped into the air, doing a quick spin and coming down hard, its claw slamming into the earth below it. A massive tremor shook the ground, the shock wave traveling at a mighty speed towards the Absol. A deceitful smirk appeared on the dark Pokemon's face. It's eyes shone with a white light, directing both the whirlwinds it had created to travel underneath it. The two gusts of air blasted the Pokemon into the air, and out of the reach of the Earthquake's destruction. Kasiya's mouth hung open in shock at this daring move, cringing horribly as the Absol came down onto Digger, its claws extended. The Sandslash was thrown back several feet, and lay unconscious nearby. The victorious Absol threw back its head and made a sound much like a howl, then turned its eyes back to Kasiya, daring her to send out another challenger.

Keegan folded his arms, or rather, meant to, as he almost dropped the skirt. "You don't suppose we could just get this over with before he gets here, huh?" he mused, once again trying to do up the zipper in the back. "A little help?" he asked, looking a little defeated. "How do girls dress themselves, anyways?" Keegan sighed, and shook his head. Just what had he gotten himself into?

"Maybe you could give me a nice race!" Ryka said, riding ahead of Jaeshan. She wobbled back and forth a bit, but straighted up eventually. "Bet I'll get there first!" She teased, sticked her tounge out at him playfully. She looked ahead and saw a large gate in the distance. "That must be Saffron's gate." She said to herself. A couple of balloons were floating into the sky, and children's playful laughter could be heard in the distance. "I wonder what's going on in there..?" She said out loud.

((Yay I won my first gym battle. Now I can use... FLASH!))
The Onix landed in a mighty heap on the ground. Brock returned the fainted pokemon and munched on one of the cookies on the tray he had come out with before. "Well I guess I lost."
"What?" Mag asked stunned by the sudden upset. "Wait I won? Yes we did it!" He shouted as he ran over to his tired Vaporeon and have it a spinning hug. "Thanks for the gym battle." Mag said as he set down the now tired and dizzy pokemon and held out a hand to shake Brock's.
"Well you earned it. You had some quick thinking there. So now I present to you the Boulder Badge. With this you can use the HM Flash outside of battle." He gave the small rock shaped item to Mag. "And have this." he added shoving a TM into Mag's hand. "That is TM 39, Rock Tomb, it can lower your foes speed if it hits."
"Sweet, thanks!" Mag replied enjoying his prizes. "Want a cookie?" Brock held the tray foreward as he picked up another for himself. "Uh.. sure?" Mag replied as he reluctantly took a bite. It was quite good. Imagine the best thing you've ever tasted times two. "Wow these are great what are they?" Mag asked.
"Oh just some pokemon food I made up."

"No because it would be rude to make him wait if he showed up." Dante said as he leaned down to help him with the skirt. Unfortuantly for him the skirt was a bit to short and and rode up a bit just in time for one of the few other guys there with there girlfriends to notice this and give him a little slap on the behind. This made Datne jump in suprise his dark eyes widening in shock. He stood there for a moment more his hands frozen on the stubborn zipper on Keegan's waist. When he finally snapped out of it a truely angry look was on his face, he could put up with a lot of things, more things then he probably should but apperently spankings were something that made him angry. Forgetting Keegan he straightened up and angry look still on his face marched over to the guy who just gave him a cheaky grin befor an angry fist meet his face.

"Fair enough," Keegan nodded, and sighed. "Maybe I ought to lose a few pounds and maybe... Dante?" he turned around, sensing his friend had left him. "Dan - ooh," Keegan cringed, watching Dante's fist fly. "Well, Now no one can accuse him of hitting like a girl," the red-head commented, scratching his chin.

The guy that Dante had hit had a stunned expression on his face. He wasn't used to getting such strong reactions to his actions, his face quickly changed to one of anger as he got up and yelled angerly at Dante. "What the hell was that for?!"
"You dont know what that was for?" Dante asked in a cold kind of anger. "That was for spanking me." He shot back in the same cold fury.
"Well excuse me! I think that you are over reacting!" The boy shot back.
Dante just stared at him coal black eyes glaring daggers at him as he lifted a hand and pointed out the door. "Out, we will settle this with a battle. If I win you appologize and buy my friends clothing, if I win then I will drop this matter and leave right now."
The boy smirked. "What that is it? How about if I win I get a kiss?" He asked smuggly confident he could beat the pretty 'girl' in a pokemon battle.
Not really caring Dante just nodded and marched out of the store the guy following him with a grin on his face.
Kenny who had stayed back this whole time floating near Keegan's shoulder now with the baby Mudkip at his feet. Both of the pokemon were confused, well Kenny wasn't but he wasn't going to try to say anything.

"Eli! Use thunderpunch on Amy!" One of the twins said. Z had lost track of which was which. "Match use fire punch on Shino!" The other twin yelled. both of the human size pokemon nodded abd ran at their targets. "Amy use psybeam on Eli! Don't let him get near enough to hit you!" Lyn yelled and Amy quickly shot a powerful beam of psychic energy out of her mouth yelling "Sur!!" Moving surprisingly fast for such a bulcky pokemon Eli the Electabuzz dodged the beam and aimed his punch at Amy. Electricty began to flow around his fist. He slammed his fist down and Amy jumped backwards. the punch hit the ground causing a small explosion sending Amy rolling backwards a few feet. At the same time shino was having problems with Match the Magmar. "Shino dodge the fire punc then use leechlife!" Z yelled and Shino ran forward at the fire type pokemon. Match's fist was on fire as he ran toward Shino. when they reached eachother Match's fist shot foreward at Shino. The bug pokemon nimbly jumped to the side and jumped headfirst at Match's leg. He tried to bite in to use leech life but the intense heat of the pokemon's body kept him from completing the attack.

"You mean I just ate pokemon food?!" Mag exclaimed taking a step back. "Wow that was really good." He laughed. "I always imagined that it didn't taste good for some reasons but I guess that was silly. Pokemon do deserve good food."
"You bet they do." Brock replied. "So now what are you going to do?" He gave Tsunami a cookie to eat since she sat silently next to Mag. "Hm. Well I guess I will move on to the next gym."
"Ah so you'll challenge Misty in Cerulean City." Brock replied. "Sure. Well thanks for the battle. Maybe we can do it again sometime." The two trainers gave eachother their numbers and Mag waved goodbye. He started directly for the Pokemon Center.
"Hello Nurse Joy, would you mind taking care of my pokemon here?" Mag asked as he set the balls onto a tray. "Sure thing. They should be ready soon." She replied as she and a Chansey went to a back room.

Maven awoke the next morning and got herself all together and got Phyra up as well the two were so
anxious knowing that Saffron was just a city away. She'd be able to get her contest pass and start some more deep
training with Phyra to win their first ribbon. Maven wasn't thinking she'd go and be able to get into the grand
festival this year but at least get in some experience and hopefully a ribbon or two.
Maven jumped on Phyra and headed towards Saffron. The scenery wasn't even acknowledged as Maven passed it. Too much was going through her brain. She had to go and make Pokéblocks for training Phyra some more. Maven was sure hoping she wasn't pushing Phyra but always noticed Phyra as happy and pleased when she executed a command perfectly.
Maven and Phyra reached the entrance to Saffron. Maven jumped off and smiled to herself at the city finally she can start working towards her dream to win.
Maven never wanted to be a legend but she did hold high standards for herself. She finally took her first step into the city of her destination.

Mag looked on the Maps about. It seemed that he had to go West to get to Cerulean. And pass through Mt. Moon. The trip should be a fun one if all went swimmingly.
Nurse Joy walked back in with his pokemon. "Thanks!" Mag said as he grabbed them with a wave goodbye. He began the to head to the trail. He walked on when suddenly a trainer jumped out as he was leaving the city.
"Only those with a Boulder Badge may pass!" He shouted holding a hand out. "Okay... I have one." Mag stated as he flashed the badge to the kid. "Oh... Darn. I was hoping you'd be one of those people who don't and want to battle their way through."
"Well I could still battle you if you want." Mag said as he held up Shining's Pokeball.

Mitsu watched the battle in awe. That Absol was incredibly strong and quick. Digger was knocked out in no time and she couldn't help but gasp out loud. Quickly remembering that she was clutching onto a ledge, Mitsu held on even tighter, almost as she was holding on for her dear life. Maybe she was? Who knew with that Pokemon down there. C'mon Kasiya! You can do it!

"Okay then! Oh and I'm Jimmy by the way." The kid said as a Togetic appeared in a flash of white. "Cool. I'm Mag." Shining also appeared in her blast of white. "Let's start things up with a Metronome Togetic!" Jimmy shouted. "Use Sand Attack and then Tackle!" Mag shouted to his Eevee.
Togetic waggled it's finger in the air as it glew with a yellow outline. Suddenly it's hand began to turn white, Mega Punch. Shining kicked up some dirt as Togetic charged in for the hit. The punch landed square into the ground with a loud crash. Once it had moved out of the dust Shining managed to hit the fairy with her Tackle.
