[If you want to shop online, MoonCostumes.com is a good place. There are more I use, but I don't feel like retrieving the URL's right now. xD If you want to know stores that AREN'T online, I don't really know of any...]

^Bought Sasuke-shirt/arm-warmers for 50 bucks.
I don't really buy cosplay costumes and stuff. I'm not really into it, and seeing as I'm dark-skinned, I can't really pull off looking like any of the Naruto characters well.
