Trygon and Mawloc: ******** awesome. Seriously. Those look like amazing models. Hopefully you guys see the resemblance to the Predator in the Mawloc model.
Ravenors, Gargoyles: Not bad, look a lot the same as before.
Venomthrope: Betentaculated. This one will be interesting to see and probably has me the most curious of all the new models, statwise.
Tyrant Guard: I was hoping the Harpoon Cannon would be capable of shooting a unit and pulling it d6". That would have been awesome. Either way, they look slick.
Pyrovore: This looks very much like a Biovore that Hive Fleet Moloch painted a long while ago as a custom conversion. I'll post a link to it later on.

No worries Winnie, I was thinking the exact same thing. Some models are just too awesome to pass up on. I might build it as a Mawloc and use it for RT/DH scenarios.
Oh lordy I'm a sad little man. sweatdrop

From a GW e-mail. Guessed the Toxathrope would be a wounds-are-poisonous guy, would be amusing to pit it and Marbo against each other. Am also kinda worried about the Hive Guard, and whether it's strength 8 shots are templates or Exorcist-style.

Aye, the Venomthrope deals poison attacks. I'm guessing all armies need those these days. But at least I still have you, Bane Wolf.

bjs.09-00 Question: Any word (solid proof) yet of the plastic hive tyrant? Some murmurs but nothing solid. So no, not any time soon sadly.

This beasty was created by Hive Fleet Moloch based off of the original design sketches for the Biovores way back in the day. Looks like they got back to basics with the Pyrovore design.

The Trygon's rules can be found in Imperial Armour 4 and the Apocalypse book. Though those stats are most likely obsolete by now due to GW's own rules in the codex to be.

It's just a monstrous creature. That can deep-strike. And eat models whole. It's tempting to model a Trygon or Mawloc with a crushed vehicle being held by its body.
