My color was misty rose :O It's pretty, though a bit too dark to go on my bedroom walls..::has a small bedroom::

I have a connection to that color, sort of. My mother's friend's first daughter's name is Misty Rose.

Probably just because they think the names are pretty in their own right. Of course, there's only a few names I can think of that are color names as well. When I talked about it with my dad, we came up with Violet, Rose, Red, Magenta, Plum, Scarlet, Ruby or Rubius, White, Black, Brown, Amber, Goldie, Pearl, Opal, Hazel, Jade, Lily, Midori, & since there's an excellent example in our own fandom, Greywers. 3nodding

I've always loved the name Jade. x3 And the color is really pretty too. Especially if you get the really light green jade, oh beautiful! And I like the name Scarlet as well.. It always reminds me of The Scarlet Letter. That book was sort of hard to read, didn't really catch my interest until the mid middle I would say.
