While there is a cap for jutsu rank at each stage, do these call caps apply to bloodline/ clan techniques as well?

Solarius flare While there is a cap for jutsu rank at each stage, do these call caps apply to bloodline/ clan techniques as well? Nope. Clan, bloodlines, and customs do not count towards limits, but a custom tai/buki style would.
