Des Voh No problems, mate. Just kinda disappeared for a few day there. Edit: Darn, kind of anti-climatic. I was expecting a fight, or at least a response to the fact I Force Wave'd his a** across the damn chamber... confused Sorry again, forgot about the force wave. Changed the post.
Krosis is smart enough not to fight two Jedi, even if one has been exhausted. Plus, just because your approach was stealthy doesn't mean the arrival of your back-up wasn't noticed. I've made the point that Krosis likes to be in control of the situation, and is meticulous about the details. The only reason he forced a confrontation with Khyber is because he knew that he could control all the variables in the situation, and manipulate Khyber into presenting less than his best.
You are an unknown variable in the equation, so he's retreating until he has a chance to analyze and adapt to your existence.

I can understand not wanting to fight it out against uneven odds, was just hoping to get few decent give and takes before making his flashy exit.
Aside, its fine, you seemed to want to get it out fast after your absence. Im sure he has some mode of escape that we'll only discover after hes long gone and we're stranded for the night because of the storm... Unless you want to climb back down... Its time for some Archeology skill checks Id say. razz

How are you flying an airspeeder in a lightning storm?

How were you flying a shuttle during a lightning storm? And what kind of moron engages an apparently neutral third party when they themselves are trying to avoid detection while conducting a rescue op behind enemy lines?
I think you should mind your own business, Des. Otherwise you might find people prying into your affairs as well.
@Fury: if it's a free ride, sure.

Its a simple question, Sayla, not a pissing contest.
Besides, I asked Fury. Practice what you preach.
Also, people already do.

I'm flying low to the ground, underneath really, really, really tall trees. I think I'm safe...from the lightning anywho.

Des Voh How are you flying an airspeeder in a lightning storm? I don't know why it matters how she was flying in a lightning storm when pretty much everyone else was too. You, Sayla, Fury, the only exception would be Sky because he biked it but he still went mountain climbing in stormy weather. No one seems to be giving the storm much consideration.

Well... the storm just got kicked up... Before the starship entanglement. Me and Sayla rp'd its outbreak during our standoff.
My own shuttle should have heavy enough armour to deal with a few hits, which it has, glancing as they were, luckly. I just doubt an airspeeder could handle the same amount of punishment as a starcraft.
My shuttle also used the farside of the mountain as cover before it really kicked up. But now as the storm is hitting in full, Im stranded.
Just put it out there that its probably difficult to fly an air speeder or generally any other craft in open air during the night cycle of this planet. Thus why I detailed bits about this planet in my original post.
@Fury: That makes more sense, yeah. Just don't become a tree ornament.

It seems kind of funny to ignore the planets most particular geological occurrence though. Its known for devastating electrical storms.
Being on the ground under the great trees is one thing, you're mostly protected to a degree given their mass.

Pretty much everyone has ignored it, so it really doesn't make much sense to start questioning it now though. You've made your case, no need to beat an opinion to death if it's not even really a major detail.
And they're thunderstorms. That doesn't mean the ground necessarily gets electrified. Many airplanes fly through them on a nightly basis in real life, because of insulation. So you get a nice light show at night; doesn't make it a hollywood special effects movie anytime you go up in the air.
Chillax, dude.

I am. Just putting forth the point and responding to questions.
And also, I think that storms of this magnitude might be a bit more than a light show... I mean, its planet wide. This particular storm is very bad though. I was setting up for it in my posts in that manner.

As you put forth your point and responding to questions, so are others too. Critique is fine, but so far, nobody has paid attention to this so called "bad storm", and thus, reacting as it is, they have the right to control their characters as they wish. For all intensive purposes, they might not be near the epicenter of the storm, so much as on it's outskirts, and thus, just as viable to be immune to the conditions which plague you.
Just something to consider.

IMO, I'd consider the weather being entirely optional, because to have to acknowledge a storm someone else just up and decided on having, and be affected by it regardless of how I wanted to do things, kinda seems like an auto-hit, jut with arbitrary things rather than actual combat between characters.
Just giving my 2 cents there.

The point is that I only emphasized what the planet already is.
If they want to ignore it, thats their own business, but to me that's like treating Jabiim like Naboo. So I ask, and it seems like everyone except the person I asked is now up in arms.
