Sonic nodded. "Well, I don't know about you guys, but I'm going to go train. Vergil totally kicked my butt twice! I'm gonna get stronger. At least faster. See you guys. Get better Tails, I'll come back later." He ruffled Tails' head furr, then zipped out.
"Have I ever mentioned how much Sonic reminds me of Goku?" Tails asked, watching him go.

Justin chuckled a bit at that comment. He then sighed, kinda hoping to redeem himself for getting knocked out so much.

Rouge covered her mouth with her hand as she yawned. "Whew. Well, I guess I'll head out too. Bye boys." She winked, then walked out.

Rouge, suddenly remembering they'd left Knuckles lying in the park, sped off to find him. She discovered he'd woken up and gone home. Sonic, meanwhile, ran to Justin's house and immediately began punching the crud out of dummys in the training room Tails built.

Justin walked back to his house, making his way into the training room. He then shifted into ice demon form, shooting icicles into the dummies.

Tails had set up some excersises and training courses that best fit a certain person. Right now, Sonic was doing his. He had to run to the end of a long hallway, while avoiding getting fried by lazers, pelleted by bullets, and impaled by arrows. He'd also set it on the hardest mode.
Shadow walked in. He looked over at Sonic. "Committing suicide, I see."
"Harhar. I can totally beat this. Just you watch, Shadow."

Justin watched Sonic go through the course, until a sword flew at him out of nowhere. He managed to stop the sword with his claws. Then, more blades flew at him, but he smacked them away with Cerberus. The flying swords reminded him of his fight with Vergil. This, however, only fueled the ice demon's resolve.

Sonic got hit by a bullet. "Ugh!" But he kept running. Besides, Tails wanted them to train; he didn't want to kill them. So it hurt little.
"Speed alone won't save you from Frieza, Sonic." said Shadow, watching the hedgehog mutant as he sped through the course. "Strength will, if anything."
Several thick metal walls appeared as an obstacle for Sonic. He simply smashed through them, and girnned back at Shadow. "That strong enough for you?" he asked.
(Just tell me when you're ready to timeskip or whatever :3)

Suddenly, a shower of lasers fell upon Justin. However, a dome of reflective ice popped up around him, deflecting the beams away.
