Lena jumped when the commander shouted and instinctively grabbed Nikolai's hand. She wondered if that was ok in front of the army.

Nikolai smiled "afternoon general how may i help you this fine day?"
"we need some more of them there tesla cannons!"
'new recruits?"
'yep"
Nikolai went up and brought back a bunch of cannons. the general saluted him and went off

"New recruits?" she muttered. "You're handing those weapons to beginners?" she asked him and watched the general leave.

he smiled "yeah. they only weigh 5 pounds apiece and they only hurt machinery. tesla cannons are training bazookas."

Lena was already in the kitchen, setting out a feast of breakfast. "Yup," she mumbled. "I over-cooked again." She heard the alarm clock and smiled, then remembered that she had to talk to Jewel real quick. "Good morning!" she giggled. "And see you soon!" she smiled and left.
