Aizel looked rather surprised to see his son and friend there, frowning a little.
'I thought you were at the facility...?' he began, noticing how sad Bristan looked.

 Addison looked up with wide eyes, sensing the change in ambiance. She tensed, staring across at them but hesitating to get to her feet. Her eyes lingered on the white-haired vampire, she seemed to have the strongest LGHT presence. She remained quiet as the man addressed Bristan, watching warily. Inoke, alongside Kami, had stopped to stare at Bristan with surprise of her own, gently nudging his arm and nodding in his cousin's direction.

 He jumped out of his skin, staring at his family strangely."I-I was. Figured I could do with a birthday break"

'Would've been nice to see you...' Aizel muttered, going over to hug Bristan. He ignored the stomach churning uneasiness Bristan's new DRKNRGY gave, more intent on lavishing affection on his son. Behind him, Nalini stared impassively at the pair.

Addison finally got to her feet, taking a step back and rubbing her arm uncomfortably, looking from Bristan and his father to the LGHT users.

"Yeah well. Figured it would only cause more trouble if I went home" He shrugged, not entirely returning the hug. "W-We thought you were dead, Bristan..." Laulella whimpered, running over to him.
"Or imprisoned. I.. don't get it"

Addison swallowed a bit, her eyes lingering on Nalini before she seemed to shake out of it, finally speaking up. 'He's fine--he's been with us.'

'Not reassuring,' Aizel retorted to Addison, slightly snappishly, before kissing Bristan's forehead. 'Of course you could've come home...we miss you.'

Addison clammed up, fixing her eyes on the ground while her mind whirred with things she might try to say. 'Well--you can go home, that's good--' She said awkwardly, still keeping her head bowed.

"Not really... It'd put you in more trouble, wouldn't it?" Bristan retorted."Because DRK users are so trustworthy" Laulella snapped, glaring at Addison. She looked to Bristan sadly, the DRK radiating off him being too much for her to handle coming too close, and looking dangerously upset again.
"W-Who did this to you, Brist? T-The DRK, I mean. I mean. W-We can try fix it. We can get rid of it and..."

She looked sharply at Nalini, going silent but fixing her with a mildly irritated glare. The breeze picked up once more, her bangles ringing against each other. At Lella's outburst, she looked at her, taking a step back, though a few stray flickers of DRK traced between her fingertips. '...I'm his friend.' She said quietly.
