She gave a small chuckle with what he said about spooking his friend off. "I wasn't aware that I was scary looking" she said to him with a small smile on her face.
Moving closer she linked her arm with his when he said to stay close. She just looked at him with a grin as she walked beside him. Her eyes scanned the area seeing how different it was then last time it was out. It looked more scary and more dangerous it seems like it had turned into a dark age.
Her eyes turned back to him after seeing the free fire zone. "So out of curiousity what year is it?" she asked him.

Van glanced over at Liana, somewhat surprised that she was forward enough to hook onto him so easily. It's a refreshing change. And better yet, she didn't look like one o the many whores prancing around the city. He stuck to the main streets and only on the sidewalks as soon as they'd left the Neutral; it was the backstreets that made for the random kills. Before too long, they'd left the grey and were back into the relative safety of Van's own gang, the Bravta, the Brotherhood. The tattoos on the inside of his wrists marked him as a member of the gang; if you were one of the basic members (or a little brother), you only had the three links on one wrist. When you became more involved with the gang (or a big brother), you received the tattoo on the other wrist as well.
"Who was your last master?"

She smiled "Well that's good I was worried that I lost my sex appeal" she said sarcastically as she let out a small laugh.
Thinking of the last time she was out she thought about it. " think it was around the 1980s when world war two came out. I helped a man named Knapp Monarch make grenade launchers for the war" she smirked "That was a good war" she chuckled.

Van laughed; "Lolitas" were favorites of the men of the Brotherhood. Not dressing like one, no, but just...something about them appealed. Not all girls appealed to everyone, but every now and again, he'd run across one that would make his head turn. Liana, at first glance, did not have that appeal. That's not to say I wouldn't pass up chance at her in the sack... When he thought she wasn't looking, Van stole a look at Liana's a**. Yep, definitely wouldn't mind a chance at her.
"World War II? That's ancient news; hardly anyone remembers it. But I do kindly thank you for the grenade launcher."
Van laughed; it had been the weapon of choice for a great many years for certain members of the Brotherhood. He thought it was too...coarse, too crass and thus shunned it, if given a choice. Guns and knives were his prerogative; guns and knives. A few more blocks and they passed through a strong-point that Van doubted that Liana realized was one; they were good at hiding in plain sight.
Another block after that, and they finally reached a a part of a neighborhood that wasn't as destroyed, as dilapidated as the rest. Van paused outside of an apartment complex for a few quiet words in Russian with the door guard. The short, scrawny looking man glanced over at Liana with a toothy grin and laughed, before gesturing them both inside. Half way up the building, and Van let them into his flat with a turn key. It was a simple, two-room place: the universal living room-kitchen in the front, with a bedroom separated by a door and a few walls. Even with the peeling wall paper, it was better off then the most of the flats in their section of the city.
"Make yourself at home; I think there's food in the refrigerator. Bed is that way, if you're tired."
Van pointed towards the open door leading to the bedroom. He shrugged off his coat, and tossed it onto the sagging and stained clothe couch in his "living room." He stretched tiredly, and closed the door behind them, throwing all of the locks quickly.
[Close enough. I like how you put World War II about twenty or so years after it really was. ^.^]

Liana followed beside him quietly hearing him mention a Lolita. She looked away from him shaking her head not saying anything more about that subject. It was definetly different this time and age. In the earlier years the men that owned her use to crave her because she was different and something unique almost considered a priceless earlem than just a normal girl.
Of course she did have one up on all women, her experience in sex was way more vast than any girl could ever think of.
When they got to what she guessed was his house she saw the guy and his toothy grin, her eyebrows furrowed in question but she kept silent about that. Going into his room she unlinked her arm with his and scanned around the place. Heading into his room she laid down on his bed to feel the comfort of it.
Looking to where he was she stretched her body being more comfortable and free now before she spoke to him "So how come that man gave a very nasty grin when he looked at me?" she asked him. She started examining her nails seeing the nails looked perfect and healthy. "And I hope you will be giving me things to do because following you around looking like some b***h or arm candy does not go well with me, the one man did that just having me walk beside him and wouldn't let me do anything, he was a very good man" she said and then chuckled "Until he let me break him" she said with a sinister grin on her lips.
(Yeah sorry I was rushing through my post and didn't realize that war world II was in 1940s my mistake my mind is a little else where this past week I had meant that she was last out in 1970s with the vietnam war but ah well. Oh by the way I can't remember if I told you or not but I did change her profile picture to a real person since yours is too)

Van unhooked his shoulder holster, and shrugged it off as well, leaving it on the kitchen table on his way into the refrigerator. He screwed off the top of the bottle of beer, and kicked the door closed; the cap was tossed haphazardly onto the table, next to the holster. Van still had a small .22 in his boot, and a knife hidden against his thigh, under the material of his pants. He drifted back towards Liana and leaned against the frame of the door. He took a swig of his beer, enjoying the way Liana looked against his bedspread. Arm candy? What, do I run around in my Mercedes to State Dinners every night?
"What do you mean, break him?"

She grinned while laying on his bed looking up at the ceiling. "The guy was too good almost like a christian but with a demon trailing along him, doesn't exactly put him in good graces with the great lord if there even is one" she said with a laugh of amusement.
"I was able to get him to bend the rules a little be a little more bad. He was a good looking man in his twenties and can you believe never had sex ever before." she let out a sigh "He wanted me to be his first" she shrugged her shoulders "And after that things just kind of turned for him, you could say I showed him the perks of being bad"
Leaning on she rested on her elbows and looked right at him "So I'm guessing your not a guy who is described as a angel, especially with those weapons that you had on you and just your whole genre says you think your badass" she smiled laughing a little "So what's the worse thing you have done?" she asked him.
(I know but I don't get to use like human pictures much anymore everyone always wants anime so when I saw you had a real picture up I wanted that chance too and it was just a busy week)

Like all Slavic criminals in the area, Van held an almost too holy respect for those in the religious business. No one who had a speck of decency or self-preservation killed a priest, or damaged a church. If word ever got out that someone did, accident or not, that someone was going to be seriously damaged if not outright killed. He took another drink of his beer to buy some time. Killed a woman's children and then raped her with their brains on my hands. Van was not exactly proud of that. He scratched at one of the links on his right wrist, and shoo'd away a bothersome insect buzzing around his head. Damn bugs.
"It's a dangerous neighborhood, is all; I like to be prepared. Worst thing I've ever done? Isn't it a bit early in our relationship to be talking about that, Liana?"

Turning her head to look at him she thought about how the man got her watch. "Well I am just a normal old watch though I can make the watch look much more valuable if I wanted to" she said to him. "He must have bought the watch thinking he got a good deal and once he put it on I appeared" she said her hands pointing down her body to show her point. "His reaction was quite amusing if I do remeber correctly" Lia added with a smile.
Laying down flat on her back she began to breath evenly in and out as her chest rose and fell waiting for the silence to break. She smiled with what he said "it's never to early to know your worst" she said placing her hands on her stomach her foot started moving to an invisible beat "I mean I could always just skip all this and search through your mind to know your darkest secrets, since your wearing that watch I can do that but I thought I would be polite and ask you" she told him shrugging her shoulders.

Ivan Van VeenDevious little b***h, isn't she? Van caught himself following Liana's hands flatten her shirt over her flat tummy. Given his druthers, Van would've reached for a nymphet, but he'd still sample Liana. A man may prefer the taste of hippocras, yet if you set a tankard of ale before him, he will quaff it quick enough.
"You didn't mention that you could read minds before. I asked you what your powers were, and you stated fire and metal."
He figured he could always just order her to stay out of his head, but why be that difficult. He didn't mind the fact that much. That combined with the fact that he'd be stuck with his new pet for the new who knows how many years. It'll come out sooner or later. He finished his beer in a quick gulp. Liquid courage.
"There was this girl, Elia. I raped her, after I killed her two screaming cubs. And then I killed her too. You? What's the worst thing you've ever done?"

She was listening to his story with her eyes closed as her foot was still moving. Opening them after he finished his small short story a grin came upon her face as she looked into his eyes as she leaned up again "Hmm where to begin" she thought to herself.
"Sometime in the 16th century I helped a lady kill more thank 600 victims there was a few ways we tortured them one was to strip them naked, lie them down on the snow and then pour water over them until they were frozen" she told him.
Lia thought about some more of them "In 1896 again with a guy named Holmes who had a kind of castle which I made the trap doors, acid vats, lime pits and gas chambers. Luring girls in was his idea and he would promise to marry them have them sign their life away and then have me kill them which ever way I wanted them to die and then he would get all of their life savings" she added. She let out a sigh "I wasn't with him for long, they caught him soon after and he was hung" she said "I couldn't stop them because well if he was in distress I would have known but he didn't show any distress until they actually hung him and I didn't make it before he died and right away was sucked back into the watch"
Lia sighed out and looked at him "So why did you kill her and her children? Was there a motive behind it or are you as demonic as me and had just done that kind of stuff for fun?" she asked him tilting her head looking at him curiously.

Ivan Van Veen If Van was any other kind of a man he was, he would've wished he'd never asked, that he'd never met the demoness. But he wasn't, so he didn't. If anything else, he was making notes in his head for future coercion methods; he had a couple of interesting ones already, but you could never have too many. And he liked to have room for...creativity.
"They had a bounty on their heads, and I like to have a little fun on my jobs. The dammed kids wouldn't stop shouting when I came in, and I didn't want the neighbors getting tipped off, so I took care of them. A lot of people would call me evil, but I call it a living."
Van shrugged.
"You want a beer? I'm getting another one."
And then maybe some take out... He was pretty sure the food that was in the kitchen was off. Not that she'd care much.
"So besides apparently reading my mind, and telepathy, what other powers do you have that you didn't tell me about?"
Van cocked an eyebrow at Liana.

"Sure I'll take a beer" she said sitting up on the edge of the bed more letting her legs dangle down over the bed.
"I forgot that I could do that mind reading until now because it didn't register until you seemed reluctant to tell me some of your secrets" she said to him as she pressed her lips together "When your stuck imprisioned in a watch you kind of forget things and it gets really ******** boring all right" she said almost in a snappish tone.
Breathing out she looked down at her feet thinking "Oh yeah if I also don't stay healthy and become weak I start becoming more demonic than I already am" she said and grinned "I'm able to suck the body heat out of someone which afterwards they basically die because their heart freezes up" she says "but I only do that when I need it or just for some fun, not all the time I like to because I have to kiss the person on their lips and the humans skin because incredibly cold and they fall over dead" she shrugged her shoulders "I can control it so don't worry you won't die if you ever have the urge to kiss me" Lia teased and smile.

Ivan Van Veen Van shrugged himself off of the door frame and tossed his empty bottle into the trash can. He returned moments later with two new, and already opened bottles of the dark and yeasty brew. He passed on off to Liana.
"I think I'll stay away from your lips, just in case."
The dour Slav smiled again, and shrugged. He didn't really intend kiss Liana at all, to begin with. He never kissed a girl on the lips anyway; it was bad luck. Van tasted his new beer, more slowly then he had the first one.
"If you're hungry, say something. What do you want to eat? Cabbage and potatoes? Mussels? The flesh of virgins?"
