 Can anyone tell me how this looks? It's going to be my puppet for the RP, and it's hand-drawn. Please note that the only artistic experience I have had is geometry. Also: Should there be color?

I think it looks best the way it is, the over simplistic style of drawing would be... out shone by color and it wouldn't look quite right. =d
By the way, who checks on Kekkai Genkai?

it is good, but very simple like said before. As for color I go for beigh. Ohhhhh and change the larger blade into a hand and have it hold a scissor blade. It looks like the dude from nine

Over simplistic as in; The lines are to the point and defined, with nothing else to compare to. So they just look like the outline of the drawing, I could show you something sketchy, like a comic I'm creating within my notebook. Even though it's only stick figures, it looks really sketchy.
Also, it'd be nice if you could possible toss in some "Wear and tear" or shadow details, that would make it a lot better. >.>;; Just remember, I have no art skills what-so-ever. This is all just analytical advice.
