Lydia saw what Kir was doing, so she let her barrier within his drop. Instead she put up a much larger one, that surrounded all the combatants and protected everyone else from what was happening inside. She didn't want for anyone to get hurt, except for that Academy hunter.

Leonard scowled as kir began moving, and Leonard moved to counter, careful to keep the panels away from himself... but he slipped up suddenly, and the panels all hit at once, slicing him to shreds, causing Leonard to drop to the bottom of the barrier, bloody. suddenly though the blood shot off, across the barrier, up, until it covered the barrier inside in a very thin grid, which suddenly closed in in a very sharp spike grid, towards Lydia and Kir, Leonard's destructive energy charging the grid. at the same time, Leonard's panels moved back to him, in a defensive grid. raising his left hand, Leonard began focusing at the center of the sphere while the rest happened, trying to form a massive black hole, putting a barrier around himself.

Keeping Lydia protected, Kir moved her out of the way as he made his move. Lily was thinking in the back of her mind that Kir had to use his voice. She also knew that he had to get close enough, and that Leonard wouldn't be given the time to counter against something like that; only flee. So he concentrated his energy and flew right at the grid, breaking it up with a bolt of energy from his barrier. Continuing on, he encountered a weak shield keeping him from Leonard. Kir's barriers were unsurpassed. Letting his barrier fade for just a second, he shot another light magic beam at the defensive shield and broke that as well. Regaining his defenses in a heartbeat, he was closer to Leonard now, within earshot, "...!!!" Kir yelled at him, out of range of anyone else. His voice had a curse within that killed anyone who heard it. The only ones immune was himself and Lily.

Lydia knew she needed to maintain her big barrier more than anything, so that was what she did.
Lily shivered as she heard him scream like that. It wouldn't cause any damage, but the sound of it so loud caused her ears to ache.

Leonard saw Kir coming, and knew full well what he was going to do. charging the headphones he always wore in case of Kir, Leonard let Kir get close, then, since he couldnt hear, he grinned as all the blood drew back into his body as kir rushed him, then the moment he yelled, Leonard brought his hand up, to catch Kir's throat, intending to blow his voice box out. at this range, Leonard doubted that Kir could get away, even with his speed.

Kir felt his throat get crushed, but no pain registered in his mind. Pain only dulls the senses and gets in the way during a battle. However, that was most likely the last time Kir used his voice.
Infusing light magic into his hands, he aimed the powerful blades at the smaller targets on Leonard; the crystallis targets. He was going to sever Leonard's limbs and then his head in one swift move.

Lily saw his throat become crushed and that was enough. Even though he had told her not too, she began to attack Leonard's mind with hers. She took all the negative and stressful emotions she could muster and brought it down to crash on Leonard's mind. It was definitely enough to distract him, and she was willing to call up the magic store and the minds contained in it. She didn't care about any sort of emotional backlash.

Leonard had achieved his main goal at this point, and teleported away from kir, just in time, his blades slicing his clothes, and reappeared on the far end of the barrier. snapping, Leonard withdrew into a pocket dimension to keep away from kir. reappearing from there outside the barrier Lydia had up, Leonard teleported away quickly, leaving a small cloud of blood in the air, which was charged with Leonard's energy, which, when it hit the ground, would cause an explosion. and it was fall above a very specific house...

Kir held onto Lily and kept their connection alive when she started doing that. He shot forward and made the blood explode on his barrier and not Barick's house.

Lydia saw what leonard did, and her large barrier disappeared, and another appeared around the cloud of blood. She sent it high into the air and let it explode there. Even as a weapon, she looked tired.
Lily stretched her range as far as she could, so she could keep the pressure on Leonard's mind. She wanted to feel it break so much that she began to appear more vampiric. Then, once she had pushed herself too far, her eyes rolled up into the back of her head and she passed out.

The magic around Kir faded back to the sphere of influence around him and he lifted Lily into his arms. With blood running down his chest and chin, he turned around and started walking to Lydia.

Lydia formed a barrier around herself again, with Mana outside of it, once the blood exploded. She needed to deactivate soon, but she couldn't until her objective was complete. She wasn't sure if it was. She looked to Kir as he approached.

Kir couldn't deactivate because his owner was unconscious. He wasn't going to obey any of the leaders either. He stopped outside of Lydia's barrier and nodded, finishing the information input and then trying to get her to deactivate. He knew she was only activated because of Leonard, and since he was out of his target range then mission was complete.

Lydia titled her head to the side a little. She saw the blood on his face. Her objective was to make sure everyone was safe. She dropped her barrier and reached glowing hands up towards Kir's throat.

Kir stood still and suddenly it was like they were exchanging energies. He was strengthening Lydia while she healed him, so she didn't lose any energy during the exchange.
