You start with your Zanpakto.
Then after 2 months of being active you gain Shikai.

Each squad has a squad application thingymadoo. You must pick the squad you want to join and fill in the forms the Captain has asked you to to join their squad.

The academy is for little spars and fights and for mass trainings.

sorry I came back with more questions lol one when you post a profile to try to get into a squad it says that get all kido spells up to 10 does that mean of both types?
and when how do you go about asking for a power for when you get a shikai?
