Into the void Reinhart was cast in need of much much practice and in the pursuit of honing his skills. Word has it lots of fighters end up here at one point or another to test there skills. Reinhart was no excpetion it seemed as he found himself here now. Though a bit confused of his current surroundings he spyed the area well looking for the reason he came. A good old fashioned fight, he waited for an opponent to arrive.

And such a one did appear, one of the buds upon the tree unfurling like a morning glory. From it slipped a delicate appearing beauty. Pure white hair, spun as if from fine silken thread danced in the slight breeze that whipped through the void. Her smoothly tanned skin a sharp contrast as her golden eyes looked about her.

She was dressed all in deep purple, each fabric designed to hug every curve in addition to allowing complete freedom of movement. At her hip was a strange sword. One gloved hand lifted to move a small bit of her hair from her face and she smiled as she saw her opponent.

Defeat your opponent and return to your life

So had said the tree before she had emerged to both her and her 'enemy' of the moment. She walked forward, a small seductive smile on her face as she looked at Reinhart. She stepped lightly, not making a single noise and then bowed.

"I am Silk."

Then her head lifted and her hip shifted, her right leg moving almost quicker than the eye could follow, her top of her foot going to Cris' head. "And I am your death."

The scene unfolded, the stage was set, and soon enough the fight had started. Like an explosion, without warning Reinhart was attacked by what could be his death it seemed. Funny, he always pictured death to be a bit more creepy and less sexy. Wouldn't you know she deprived him the chance to introduce himself, though she had the manners for her proper introduction.

Her speed was nothing short of impressive and as her foot came up to practically knock Reinhart square on the head he lifted his forearm to block. Bracing himself with the leg opposite of the obstacle between her foot and his face he smiled to her under the black scarf he wore. The bandage over his eye visible for only a second before it was covered over by red locks once more. Unless she was wearing shin gaurds she'd feel a bit of pain as Reinhart wore thick bracers over his forearms and a small device.

What it was would be a mystery to this "Silk" for the time being but for now he took the opportunity.

"Well then death claim me if you will, but I won't go quietly."

The smile under his scarf still present as this promised to be fun if anything else.

She did have shin guards, she was ninja after all. Her leg fell backwards as did she. With a second bounce, she was back in position. Her hair flipped back with one hand as she winked at him. "I promise you a death most pleasurable." Blowing him a kiss before her hand moved to cross over her body, while the other one waved him forward, her feet braced to either defend or attack.

A small laugh came from Reinhart as he stepped forward slowly to close what little distance was between them.

"Promise?"

Soft and playful he responded and as he was a good arm distance away he threw a quick snap jab with his left arm. It snapped out like a snake poised on biting it's prey, quick and fierce aimed for her face. His right arm rose to follow up or defend if needed.

"Of course."

A pivot on her hip and a jerk as her body moved perpendicular to him as he moved, grabbing his arm. Pushing down with her left foot, she braced her body and used his own weight against him in a simple manuever. Not a moment later, he would be flying head over heels right towards the floor in a simple judo throw.

"But death does like to toy with mortals."

Whoa! Damn faster than first anticipated, now he was caught and being flipped right over. A rookie mistake? Of course not throws are all too common in martials arts and a great means of defense. Reinhart however is quite nimble and could easily be a world class gymnist if he ever did pursue such a career. Probably never in this lifetime but that's beside the point.

When she pulled he took hold of her arm much like she held his in her counter, while being flipped he shifted his weight so that he would twist. Then forcing his legs down he greet the ground not with his back but with his feet. But what of his hold on her arm?

"Toy? Tch."

Upon landing he'd take hold of it with his right hand as well and give it a good twist. Forcing her arm to twist to the point where it'd push on her shoulder causing some pain. Quickly his left foot would kick the back of her knee in hope of bringing her down and giving him the height advantage.

As her arm lifted, there was a single wicked glint in her eyes as she smirked at him. Her foot went quick as a wink to his braced leg to give her just enough push to flip herself sideways over his arm and twist her knee to slam with his head which was no longer being blocked by his arms, which were now holding onto her. Sure it hurt, but you didn't get to be her age in this business without dealing with a great deal of pain.

Momentum being what it was, they would both fall to the ground, her thigh lying on the side of his head. She however was expecting the position they would end up, he would not. Jerking her arm free, she would kneel beside him, her knee pressed to his cheek. "So how do you wish to die?"

If only it were that easy. Death looked to think very little of Reinhart's fighting abilities. The signal was her pushing off his leg and as all fighters know the head is one if not the hardest place to land a hit. Why? Simply because it was a small target and easily moved from harms way. Tucking his head in slightly and taking a good step back as to place him out of reach of even her foot he dodged.

Releasing her she'd still end up a bit to to his side and on her way down to be grounded once more. This is were he took advantage of her crazy stunt. After releasing her he pulled his arms back the soon after he dodged the knee he striked. Not a second after it swooshed, zoomed, flew, whatever past his face along with her other leg. Reinhart stepped forward slightly with his right leg putting his body in position to facing hers. Then in a somewhat lowered position he thrusted his right arm forward bent at the forearm. An elbow thrust to be more accurate.

He'd stomp with his right foot to reinforce his attack and either knock the wind from her or score a good hit. Not to mention probably send her a back a little bit. Striking the moment she woulod hit the floor he hoped she wasn't fast enough to dodge or counter.

Griff used this 1/5 of a second poorly, his hands falling limp to his side, his body still standing, his eyes wider open that usual. SMACK! The blade hits him and strangely only does a little in the way of cut damage. No. Instead he just gets sent sailing right over the edge onto the platform far below it.

Landing with a crash, the man's blanked expression has yet to fade, and it could be questioned if he's alive at all. It's entirely possible that he isn't. That crack could have shattered bones. But for the moment, Griff is simply laying there...

Surprisingly though, what she did was funny. As she was landing, she put her arms out to catch herself, slowly her just ever so slightly. So she grabbed his arm instead of the ground and pushed off with it, though to a degree, clumsier than she would have preferred.

"tch..."

With that sound, she was off again, this time flipping in the air away from him, to land a good distance away. Standing up, she'd would look at him and smile. "If you can land a punch, I'll give you a kiss." Winking before shrugging and turning away.

Bad thing about flipping in most cases is that you lose sight of your opponent for a short amount of time. Although short this could sometimes be used to a fighters advantage. Just as it was being used now as Reinhart gave chase to Silk as she fackflipped off his arm.

Now, as she hit the floor she would find Reinhart alot closer than she may've expected him to be. He followed her examples and was ariborne after the first large step he took towards her. So even if she were to hear him step off it would only be one single sound as he was ariborne and in pursuit. Landing she'd have to deal with a quick jumping spin kick coming in from Reinhart.

Funny thing, she kept view of him the entire time. True, she flipped, but she was flipping sideways like a no handed cartwheel. So he followed after, no big. A spinning kick at her head. Fun fun. She half slide, half ducked, jerking her sword free from her belt and right under Reinhart. Under one leg that was flying towards her and up.

Imagine falling onto a bar of steel right onto your groin. Cause that is exactly this movement. She braced under the weight for the impact before sliding out so he wouldn't crush her from sheer weight. Before turning and standing only a foot or so away.

Indeed that would've hurt but Reinhart still had his hands and as her sword came out his left arm came down. That device that was mentioned before would now show itself. A foot long blade cut through the air coming from under his sleeve, over the back of his hand, and past his fingers. He'd swat the sword to remove it from harms way then would land just infront of her.

Upon landing he'd follow up with a back kick to her chest with his left leg. The blade that came visible had retracted right back under his sleeve. One couldn't help but think damn that really really would've hurt.

Ryugi winced. That had to hurt... He then jumped down over the edge of the railing and landed on the area below, his sword on his back and ready to strike...
