Jharviss stood up and walked over to the window, "I've seen many things," he laughed, "such as who would ever imagine Pyro, you met him earlier, marry?" Jharviss shaked his head and looked down, then looked back over to Vincent. "You are, too an extent, the thing that brought me out of my shadows. Jacen doesn't seem to absent right now, and with you around the ol' group almost seems alive. I would almost venture to guess that we'll hear something of the Serpent before long. God knows I can smell her."

ooc: thank you for such a nice welcome back, ive missed you all so much, youre my original gaia posse, it isnt the same w/o you all ^^ heart (btw, my name has gone from Lynzie Kae to Lindsey Kay. I want a more normal name XP.

and sorry if i suck getting back into story.. i have no idea whats going on >< (and im sorry that i have no time to read and catch up, its gonna take a lot just to post every now and then)

id really like to join teh other RPs eventually too, but baby steps first ;p

"Hullo?" Lindsey set down her suitcases by the front door. Home again... this is nice.

Lindsey had just spent the past few weeks with her family after her encounter as Pestilence with Apocalypse. It was a little traumatic, but she was a mutant. the two went together hand in hand, and she new her companions always felt the same.

The taste of this house a little different. Lindsey imaged there were new mutants living in the mansion. Does that much change in so little time? She shrugged to herself and picked up her suitcases. The steps creaked a little as she walked up to the dormatories, remembering with each step how each stair creaked with certain pressure applied to it. Her room was just the way she left it, except that her reptile collection was missing. That was all back home and she was expecting their delivery soon.

Lindsey paced around her room for a while examining each object that was the way she left it, but a little dustier. On her bed lied her costume, her symbol of being one of the x-men. A privalege she truly took for granted.

I s'pose I should start unpacking.

OOC: Hi Lyndsey! Welcome back. Even though I'm probably not the best one to say it. And does anybody really know whats going on at the mansion? Last I knew it was getting destroyed, and the students either were back, or were headed back, or just ignoring it. . .

Jharviss accepted the hug with one hand, his other hand holding his staff. "Why, I had forgotten how bubbly and cheerful the Brotherhood Mansion was. Why, I've been imagining it as a gloomy and violent place." He reached up and slowly pulled the pink-glass monocle off his eye, absent mindedly wrapping it in the silk cloth and stuffing it within one of his pockets, "Perhaps what I see, such as the various smashing of members by other members or the burning down of some key locations within the city, doesn't really acknowledge the love and happiness of this household." Jharviss looked over to Vincent, who was starting to crack up laughing. "In any case, I would be honored to join you for said drinks and foods."

"Aww, I'm so sorry Neko, I promise I'll be a good boy from now on... When hell freezes over," He said with a laugh. "Sorry to dissapoint you Noko, but you knew what came with the package when you married me. I'll always be that same crazy man, who destroyed an army and burnt your ex alive. Not to mention I've burnt down about 75% if you add up all the places that I hit," He turned to Jharviss. "It's goot to have you back man, how have you been doing?"

She smiled and shook her head." Boys will be boys. And thats why girls love them." Leaning back against the wall she shifted her cat ears and cat tail to a rather cute set of Racoon ears and tail. Twitching her ear slightly she crossed her legs into a yoga position." We should celebrate everyones return.."

stifling a yawn she shifted back into a full cat form and snuck over to the window. Sitting in the windows sill she curled up and listened to the men talk.
