Imerius jumped into his nest. Several things flew through the air. Some of the things looked like human and animal bones. Even Imerius's laptop wasn't safe. He popped his head out again. "I got a sleeping bag." He tossed the boy a lumpy roll of down and blankets. "I don't need it. I sleep natural. Sorry you have to take the desk."
"Sorry you had to take the desk." Claudius's head jolted up. 'What the hell is that boy talking about?' He had the bugs turned on in Imerius's room. He didn't trust the plant that Nero sent in.

'Desk?...That explains it.' James said getting up, and setting up the sleeping back on the desk. "Thank you br...Imerius."He said in a weak voice. "It will do fine. - So what do we do now?"

Imerius chuckled at the boy. "I would not know. I am new here if you remember. I was also transferred from Manhattan for poor results. Took them fifteen years to catch me, but they got rid of me pretty quick."

"I'd still feel better if I told him in person." He said. "So, what do you think he'll ask us to do?" He asked. He was acting like a small child who just wouldn't shut up.

Death sighed 'its about time you finally rebooted, we are on route to your builder. preparation will be easy, and you have most of my abilities now, hacking the other bots here with us will be easy.'

It is the human's way to not trust us, and rightfully so. you will need to duplicate all but your weapons into another one of these bots.' He hoped that death would understand were he was coming from. He wasnt worried about being destroyed, but if the american government were to try, they'd kill them, and leave another bought to deliver the plans.

Thread like cables slithered out of Omni's fingertips and at one of the other robots. 'im sending my nanobots to erase that one's AI and start the upgrades. If need be, I will upload myself into it for combat purposes..'

"He will reboot him simply to see if there had been any meddling with his programming. Please leave a message for him explaining that he has superior engineering, that can be copied and used for his next series. Once you are done, we will need to plan a way that we can escape with out being noticed." The bot thought to Death. "If we were to arrive with your AI, and not just the superior abilities, he would most definitely try to destroy you, and thus rid me of my free will, and ability to control your weapons. But if we are caught escaping, the other bots won't be delivered due to possible tampering." He explained.

James opened the door to Roma's office, where he couldn't help but stare at the places on his desk the had been warped before during his little fit the previous day. "Good morning, brother Roma."

Claudius gave the boys a dirty look. He swiveled his chair around quickly. He typed an email to one of the scientists. "What exactly did you mean by, 'taken care of?' He looks alive to me."

The reply came almost immediatly. "He doesn't remember going afield yesterday. He still remembers most of the people he met, but has no recollection past that."

Claudias sighed. Imerius growled at him. "Something you do not like? As you are aware of James is staying with me. I don't like how those scientists have treated him."
The superior's eyes narrowed. "And what makes you think that I will allowed two conscripted Gifted to do something like that?"
Imerius took on a very serpentine look. "Because you don't really control me. I'm unstable. You never know what I will do."
