Mrawrh.
After my first week of the new semester, I find myself tired and out of inspiration. Perhaps in a couple weeks i'll get used to it again and be okay, but for now I just don't have it in me to really do much. I'll still try to work whatever I can, but CH. 7 looks like it may be put off at least another month, if not longer. Sorry to everyone if you were expecting something spectacular soon, but I just can't bring it.
If one of my older players (Chibi, Bayer, Blackbird, Straken) has an idea of something, PM it to me, and maybe we can get working on that, but for now I myself cannot think of much for us to do.

Straken Lord Riverine Dark Angel of Sol Dante looked at the bartender and asked for a scotch on the rocks and a straight whiskey for Garrett. Isn't Dante only 19? man the military has gone slack on the rules. That means Kai really can go to the bar instead of taking two older women up to his room to play tetris....... neutral What?-------^ Okay so apparently I've missed a lot and only scanned this *must get off computer soon before her mother turns Drathonian* but...isn't the drinking age 18? Or is it 21 in the US..? Oh look at that: Wikipedia Canada 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Underage drinking by 16-17 year olds under parental supervision is permitted in Manitoba. Underage drinking by minors, under parental supervision in a residence or a temporary residence, is permitted in Alberta. United States (50 States and D.C.) 21

Obviously, this is space Canada. Kai isn't drinking not because it's illegal for him to, but because he hates alcohol.
Also! I love you Straken! You've given me a great idea!
We may have a ch. 7 soon after all, if my workload doesn't kill me first ^^;;

Oh Gods, if this is space Canada we are SO going to get our asses kicked in this war. Canada is half French.
Anyway, aside from all the personal issues [[although that was just me being amazed at your stupidity : )-]] I have just one thing to say.
Homeworld 2. crying

Meh, I still look down on the French when it comes to most military matters. In a sense, they did lose their own revolution, right? On the other hand, I hear their FAMAS rifle is quite exellent...if you're not left handed!

You guys do realize that the Canadian NATO units are the most badass military units aside from the Australian ones, right? There's an ongoing debate over which is more badass.

Only Quebec is really French, and they want to separate soo... If this is Space Canada it's officially five bazillion times more awesome.

The only reason the American NATO units aren't the best is because the Americans operate separately from NATO. xd
Did you realize that the standard NATO magazine and ammunition are both just those for the M-16?

Yep, you're right. Most of the other rifles out there don't use the same magazine as the M16s; instead, those rifles have different magazines but are still able to use ours. Apparently, they don't like ours. lol

THERE'S APPARENTLY A REASON FOR THAT D:
They should've implemented the XM8, dirty bureaucracy.

XM8 you say? Not really; it had problems of its own. The full length version had a barrel shorter than the M16. The standard version was only a 12.5 inch carbine, and, as everyone should know, barrel velocity is very important when using the 55.6mm. From what I understand, even the M4 had a longer barrel. H&K said that the new rifling twist type compensated for that....but there's gotta be a catch or something. On the bright side, it was reported more reliable than anything else. Minus the Ak of course.

Precisely, even if it wasn't perfectly accurate the thing had a lot of benefits. Interchangeability was one of the big things. And I tend to believe them on the rifling affair. Some catch perhaps, but I haven't heard of anything or seen anything. My brother apparently fired it, examined it a little while he was with the FBI - he made it sounds like a really fine rifle.
But its interchangeability apparently made it a WONDERFUL service rifle.
