*Micha being.... well, Micha didn't really do anything to respond, and just continued to stare. From his view point all one could see was the barrier, since there were no other building as tall as the central tower. The window was too small for even one of the children to fit through, so there was no risk of any of them falling out. But there wasn't even a chair or stool, or ladder to stand on or climb in order to get up to the window. It seemed to be good for nothing other than bringing in air from the outside. But did Micha really want to see outside? He always had the choice to go up two floors and look out of the windows in the Mind if that was the case. So, perhaps Micha was just being his tiny mysterious self*

*Than smiled weakly when he got no response* Hnn.... I understand. *Than would pat his brother's back softly and stand up* I'm going to get some rest myself...... See you later, Micha. *With that, Than turned to leave the room*

*Mastema reopened his eyes and raised a brow at the man. Was he really willing to do what it took to learn this barrier's secrets* There is always the possibility...... but I have many fighters at my side already. What could you offer which would be a significant gain? I have met many powerful beings lately, in one form or another....... what is your speciality then? *It sounded like Mastema was at least considering the possibility of recruiting Mugiri*

Murigi was silent for a second. Without looking at him he said silently "I am stealthy... I know many secrets of the sword, and of demonic things you would not wish to see. i control powers completely lethal in their ways." He looked over at him looking deep into his eyes. "I call lightning my brother, and wind my daughter. I am a ninja in my ways, and I offer insight into the future, slight, but still something." He smiled under his scarf, for he sounded crptic as he had meant it. "As proof, watch this." He held his hand palm-skyward. Lightning shot from his hadn and back to it multiple times, a small tornado swirling around the bolts. "I am very powerful. I could be a great help to you."

*Left to his own devices, Micha would probably remain awake for a little while longer. Only after he was satisfied with whatever it was, that he was doing, would the boy finally take to his bed and get some sleep of his own. He still had a bit of recovering to do, but shortly he should be well enough again, though well enough for what.... that was anyones guess*

*Than would just continue down to his room, where he would sleep for now*
*It was Mastema's most fooling, calm face that was shown as he contained his burst of laughter at the proclamation* Is that it? *He chuckled but quietly* I shall reserve my right to retort with my own spectacle. However, even if your abilities are nothing unfamiliar to me, you may perhaps have some potential. *Mugiri might find more than he wished when he looked into Mastema's eyes. As vividly red as they were, there seemed to be no end to their depth. As Mugiri looked into them, he might soon feel as if he was in fact being pulled deeply into another realm, as if his mind would fall off some sort of edge if he looked at Mastema for too long* So then... what do you propose?

Mugiri crackled with anger. Noone had ever laughed at him before. he lowered his hand and rolled it inot a fist. Lightning shot from it, scorching the earth below. several followed, increasing in strength. The wind reached storm speeds, the skies darkening. Mugiri closed his eyes, trying not to fully unleash his anger. He breathed deeply "I will be an apprentice of sorts. You teach me all you know, about anything. I will serve you faithfully until the end of my natural life." Mugiri smiled at this, glad mastema couln't see his full face. "I will be loyal and faithful to death, and will put myself in the line for you." Mugiri, his anger building up to a tumult, turned away, and pulled down the scarf. He groaned, his body shaking. He opened his mouth like he would be sick, and breathed a giant bolt of electricity bigger than Mugiri in the opposite direction of Mastema. He covered his lower face again, the wind dying down, and lightning dissapearing

*Though he wasn't empathic, Mastema could feel the anger eminating from Mugiri by his power. It wasn't uncommon for him to see someone somewhat emotionally unstable but quite powerful. Than fit that description, at least in his earlier life. Mastema shook his head lightly* If anything, I would take you for your potential rather than the power you have. As for apprenticeship...... I have no intention of passing on my technique or power to anyone at the moment...... though that is not to say you could not learn anything. *He once again chuckled. The display of expelling energy out of his mouth had little effect on Mastema as well* You swear your loyalty you say...... What do I have ot assure such loyalty. You are not the first to feign loyalty for short access to the citadel in hopes of causing harm. How can you prove to me your loyalty? *Mastema seemed to be leaving it up to Mugiri to prove his worth at every turn*

Ka'rinth walked slowly towards the citadel and the barrier he knew surrounded the inner sanctum of one of the most powerful beings he had dealt with aside from his master. His eyes were soft red orbs as he moved, not releasing any energy whatsoever, dark or thermal as he moved. His control had improved drastically over the last few weeks, and this was his latest excercise. He knew that with all of the training he would have to focus on maintaining his energy within his form if he wanted to get the most return on his efforts. His fangs flashed briefly as his bare feet reached the pavement and moved quietly with just the occasional scuff towards the nearest side of the barrier to the forest. He had traveled for some time and felt as though he were flushed with fever, but knew it was just a side effect of his internal manipulation.

*Ten minutes more and Micha would finally start to move from his place, but not toward his own bed. Moving over to Trilla, Micha would place a hand on one of her shoulders for a moment, then turn away and move toward his own bed. Nothing about Trilla seemed to change, she merely fidgets a little under her covers and continues to sleep. Slipping off his shoes, and placing them neatly at his bedside, Micha would soon be in his own bed. It seemed he prefured to sleep on his back, despite the fact he slept on his stomach while in the master bedroom durring the earlier attack. Closing his eyes, it would probably take some time yet for Micha to actually fall asleep, but that was fine. The door to the room was partially open, so anyone who would walk by would automatically see Eecheb. If Fenton eventually woke up and got out of the master bedroom, he could join which ever child he wished, or he could go and find Thanatos and rest with him*

Mugiri was silent for a moment "I will show you what I fear most. Somewhere I doubt even your power is mighty enough to stand. It is a hell I have been in many a nightmare, only to wake up in this life. Another reason I swear loyalty to you is to find power strong enough to bind this evil. i know of none such, but you might." He looked down at his hands which slid inside of his kimono and opened it. It bared his chest, muscular like the rest of him. He slid his right hand over his heart, a scar shaped like an eye over it. His other hand soon followed. Using the tips of his fingers, he dug nto the skin. No blood came, but cries of agony could be heard as his chest opened, revealing not a normal body, but the gates of hell themselves. Mugiri had his hands at either end of the expanding hold, grunting with effort to not be slplit apart. "Look into it, and beware for Satan himself wits for all of human kind." It was not Mugiri speaking, but the black blade on his left hip. Within the hole were unspeakable evils, and souls tormented beyond redemption. The screams curdled milk, and ran most blood cold.

Ka'rinth's ears twitched as he neared the barrier, the siren song that he had heard many a night and day was calling sweetly to him from somewhere nearby. As though entranced he changed his course, moving towards the sounds of tortured souls and agonized screams. His control slipped slightly as he walked and dark energy and heat began slowly seeping from his pores and eyes. A long tounge slipped out of Ka'rinth's mouth as he drew nearer the sound and ran lightly across his lips as though he were a starved man offered a feast. His steps were soft but ever quickening as the void within him and the souls within echoed to the agony and the whispers inside his mind began anew. Sweet songs, siren songs, we'll sing for only you. But only if you bring others to us. Destroy their bodies, consume their souls, and find sweet release in our song.
Confusion flashed in his mind briefly, he had never in his existance heard the same voices outside and within. Despite the cold and collected sociopath facade Ka'rinth normally showed, at his core he was a creature that was made to destroy. Killing was bred into him and was the only release he found from the voices that filled his core. He neared the source of the noise and sensations shortly but as he did, he caught sight of Mastema. Ka'rinth froze in place, and after a short internal struggle pulled himself together and sealed his energy and the voices away within himself. Only a fool would expose such a weakness to a being they knew to be stronger than themselves, and Ka'rinth despite his drives, was far from a fool. He attempted to casually turn away from the two and slip out of sight once more, it was clearly too soon in his new training to test his will power here.

As the children fell asleep, one by one, the pattern seemed to shift slightly. As if probing along different lengths to find one more suitable. Soon the pulses would find one of the children, to gently wash over them. However, the randomness of it had the pattern catching only one child. In this case, the immediate reciever would be none other than Eecheb. As casually and gently as it had been doing the entire time, the pulses would attempt to contact the boy, in a sense. Hoping to have KB reach into the boy's dreams, fleeting insight as to what lay within. To be in another's dream could be quite confusing, especially when in a passive sense. Luckily KB had extensive expirience with insanity, and with being wiped away in an instant.

*Micha's attention was elsewhere for now, so he wouldn't get to sleep for a while. What ever else hat his attention would hold it for quite some time. Trilla was resting peacefully, and continued to fidget in her sleep. It appeared that even at rest, Trilla was exerting her energy somehow. Eecheb had been and still was more or less passed out cold, and was rather enjoying his state of unconciousness. The pulses would ping in Eecheb's mind, and he'd remain still quite unaware. A dream to the dreamer lasting only a few minutes could actually be hours, so KB could have a bit of fun with this experience. Eecheb's body would give no response to the pulses, though his mind seemed an open book to them. KB would be successful in infiltrating Eecheb's mind. Eecheb however in the psat showed a dislike of people in his head, namely through telepathy, but through a dream he'd never been contacted and didn't know how to react to it. He probably wasn't a lucid dreamer, and probably couldn't even tell that he was dreaming. The plains of Eecheb's dream scape were now open to KB*

KB was of course, now within Eecheb's head. More specifically, inside his dream. Just as one might assume, KB would take a form. His usual looking self. Though he was quite careful, for dreams were a plane of symbolism.
Looking at himself, KB found that things were in order. A quick glance around would start taking in the surroundings of the dream, essentially the setting. Though Eecheb might not remember his dreams fully, they would probably be quite vast. Even so the dream was not set in stone, and so KB was wary as he walked about the subconcious world the mere boy had made a reality. Here, KB wasn't the god, for once.
