Armelle of the Forest It was not a request! We're going to kill Castro!! Get your gun! XOIt's a little scary how passionate Florida is whenever Castro is brought up.... but he really does have a lot of Cuban exiles and now Venezuelan exiles, too. So I guess it's only natural he gets all flustered over politics in South America. I kind of find it cute some times that no matter how American Florida becomes he's still culturally and emotionally linked to the other Spanish colonies~! But he keeps speakin' Spanish... *does not want* emotion_8c Well, it's his heritage. You don't just grow out of your heritage... He don't need to stop havin' a heritage. He just needs to speak American like ever'body else. emotion_facepalm =u=;; Next time we play football... I'm going to push your face into the ground...>.>? Just sayin'... Venezuelans? I haven't seen any here in South Florida. maybe North? All we got here are Cubans, Haitians and Puerto Ricans. *shrugs* Duh, alot of Spanish folks come here. Spanish is like the official language here. It's kind of lonely here since you don't see too many Argentineans here. We're not all that well liked since we kept our European culture, and we're like the whitest folks, at least only the pure 'Tineans. xD

Kitty the Ninja Pikachu Little Miss English Kitty the Ninja Pikachu how can you people not sleep? =w= if I don't sleep, I become a monster D': I know what you mean I need my sleep otherwise I'll be terrible in the morning D: seriouisly people, set some limits and get some sleep! D': naps are good for your heart it's cuz I have no life and I blame school for my sleeping pattern! (yes every thing is the school's fault and never my own :p )

RandomPrincess~^_^~ Kitty the Ninja Pikachu Little Miss English Kitty the Ninja Pikachu how can you people not sleep? =w= if I don't sleep, I become a monster D': I know what you mean I need my sleep otherwise I'll be terrible in the morning D: seriouisly people, set some limits and get some sleep! RandomPrincess~^_^~ Kitty the Ninja Pikachu well, now that we're in summer, you can sleep, right? you would think I would go to bed like a normal person, instead I sleep in and stay up late.... I can't stay up at night, even if I slept all day ^^; I'm just not a nocturnal creature speaking of nocturnal creature, I just read this article on NatGeo about owls that live in the Ural Mountains in Estonia. They're a rare kind and only live in that region. Lots of Finn scientists are doing what it takes to save them ^^

Finn and Estonia are really good friends. seriously xD I think Estonia and Finland are the oddballs of their group. Since their language isn't Germanic nor Slavic. I forgot what their language group was called (began with a u), it also falls in the same class as Hungarian.

But, do not fear, we will avenge Juan!That is so totally not what Argentina was upset about... and it's not like Cuba is dead or anything... sweatdrop As for the Venezuela thing I'm not surprised you don't see a lot of them around yet since it's only been in the last 10 or so years they've started their mass migration, but it is happening in South Florida. There have already been a few international upsets with Venezuela closing its Miami Consulate and claiming their staff was threatened by exiles in FL. Miami has also had an official "Day of Venezuelan Exiles" to try raising awareness about the political situation in Venezuela. Even so, they still aren't as well established as other groups that have been around since the 1960s yet. It's been all over various news sites. Here is what CBS put up about 3 days ago on it, but I'm sure a lot more details have come to surface since then. Edit: Er... sorry, I gave you the link to the first time they published the story. This is the one from the 29th. The Day of Venezuelan Exiles wasn't a festival! xd I guess people get confused when someone says there's an official day of anything, but it was more a political statement. States do that sort of thing all the time. This isn't a very good article about it, but I'm too lazy to find a legit one.

Well, we don't really see many South Americans here in Miami. They mostly live up in the Northern part like Tampa. They have Columbian and Peruvian communities there. We South American countries don't really have our own states. Like the Cubans have Florida, Mexicans have California and Puerto Ricans have New York for some reason O.o

Hawaii x Latvia TNSey OHWy Georgia x Florida I get the feeling theres more that I'm just not thinking of... For whatever reason I find a lot of CubaSeychelles art, particularly on zerochan... *shrugs* I don't get it but whatever.
