Uh, sure. Maybe you can work in the ability of the Sharingan to see chakra or the color of chakra and use that as a way to tag them.

Oddly enough this is gonna be a tricky tech just to make it sound right form the sounds of it, it could be B-A rank, sinze the object of transport in on a smaller scale.
