Orz is the same thing as OTL It's an emoticon of a person kneeling with their head down in defeat. Here's a visual reference ;D

I wonder if it would be easier to get a job in California if I took my diploma there since it doesn't seem to mean anything here gonk

Maybe, so long as you weren't looking to become an actor or get into computer stuff. Those are super competitive fields.

By actor, do you mean make millions? Or actor, as in, 50k a year (not much but pretty decent). It's pretty easy to be an actor here... really easy...
And computer people have the easiest time of anyone getting a job. xD

Try not to take things too literally. But I'm referencing the tri-state and new england areas.
I would think acting wouldn't necessarily be a steady source of income though. And getting a decent job with computers is harder than you think.

I have no desire to work with computers professionally, and I don't think I'd be a great actress. I'm sure I'd be fine for B-movies or soap operas but that'd probably be it if I wanted to aim above commercials, but yeah... I don't see that being something steady and then you have to deal with agents and all that other bullshit. I'd rather have a nice, quiet desk job.

It's not a permanent occupation. What would you do afterwards?

He needs to get there first. And a lot of campaigning comes from the candidate himself.
