Kyoshou was puzzled by David's question. "Tyrant? Army? Well I really wouldn't know anything about that. As long as the Sound village is in no danger, I'd rather not get mixed up in such a mess." He said as he scratched his chin. He then ran his fingers through his hair. Kyoshou looked up at the bright blue sky hoping his village would never be invaded by any sort of tyrant.

David was sad that he wouldn't help, "i have to find someone to help out, but who?" David sighed and looked up at Kyoshou, "well if you aren't going to help me then would you care to have a practice match with me?" David said as he smiled the least David needed was to train. so David felt like Kyoshou would be a fun person to train with.

Kyoshou put away his flute and replied "Sure. I got nothing better to do, but I should warn you, I've gotten much stronger since we last fought. I just can't wait for the next Chuunin exams so I can show everyone what I'm made of." Kyoshou pulled out a kunai and spun it around his finger. He then placed a firm grip on it as he sent the kunai flying at the sitting Void Ninja. Kyoshou quickly ran through a string of hand signs and whispered "Shuriken Shadow Clone" The single kunai began multiplying in mid air till there were now a hundred of them creating almost a wall of kunais all flying towards David.

David was happy he could now practice and also become even stronger then Greed. David saw the kunai flying at him, "thats no challenge..." but then they started to multiply untill they were of extreme numbers, "now what the hell is this looks like fun. i can actually test my advanced sleight of hand." David quickly stood up as he began to make a few handseals, and 3 clones rose out of the shadow of the tree. "Shadow Clones, from hidden void. now Advanced Sleight of Hand" David and the 3 clones quickly began to grab at each of the kunais, as they each were dropped infront of David and the clones. soon there were almost no kunai left in the air, and the only kunai left were just not a threat. "that was fun whats next?"

"Heh, I'm just getting started. Lets see you do that with wind." Kyoshou said with a smirk. He ran through a string of hand signs and said "Wind Release: Great Breakthrough" He thrust his hands forward and a blast of wind the size of a convenient store shot towards David tearing up anything, and everything in its path. Kyoshou wasn't done yet. He pulled up his sleeve to reveal his melody arm

"Your really going to wish you were deaf right now" he said. Kyoshou began charging chakra through his melody arm causing it to whistle loudly and annoyingly. It was like nails on a chalkboard times ten. This sound would greatly disorient David and cause him extreme nausea so much that he would throw up almost instantly. Covering his ears wouldn't work either since Kyoshou was charging his chakra into the sound so that it traveled directly to David's inner ear.

David quickly made a few handseals as he sent his 3 shadow clones forward to block the first wave of the attack for a short period of time. David's 3 clones disappeared, as he aswell vanished if only to get behind Kyoshou. this meant that his attack was useless unless he would turn around. David found this to be an easy way of escaping attacks that only cover a certain area. "now then hows that?" David said as he made a few handseals and made an item from his shadow, it was wire and a kunai on each end. David held one kunai to Kyoshou, "would'ya think of that?"

"Hmm using the clones as a wind breaker. Clever." Kyoshou muttered. He made a string of hand signs and muttered something inaudible. Kyoshou already had experience of David's favor for the body flicker skill and predicted his maneuver as such. When David appeared behind Kyoshou with the shadow kunai near his back, Kyoshou sighed and said "You know, when you use the same techniques over and over, they become easy to predict. It was amazing you were able to hold the nausea in.

Too bad you won't be able to hold it in this time." Kyoshou raised his arm and flicked his melody arm. Another irritating tune played sure to throw David off balance. The hand signs that Kyoshou had just done began to take effect. The ground between Kyoshou and David began to form into a dragon's head as it opened its mouth facing David. The dragon began shooting out canon balls of mud sure to knock the weapon out of David's hand and blast him back in his disoriented state. Kyoshou made no move to turn around or face David.

David could hear a loud noise that made him feel sick to his stomach he fell forward dropping the dual shuriken attached by a wire. he gripped his stomach with his right hand and his left hand fell ontop of the wire connecting the 2 shuriken, so he grabbed it while supporting his body. once he was over a dragon head formed out of the ground and launched David backwards. he flew still holding onto the wire. he finally stopped when he hit a tree which got rid of his headache and instead gave him horrible back pain. David lifted his head looking at Kyoshou "what you attack like that and don't even look?" David thought to hiimself as he held his left hand up and spun the wire and shuriken around his finger, it soon launched at Kyoshou. the wire holding the 2 shuriken would be hard to evade.

Kyoshou turned to face David. "See unless you've had training of ANBU level to be stealth, I can hear you. Ever since I could speak my parents have been teaching me to analyze sound." He said with a grin. David then launched a feeble attack at Kyoshou. Kyoshou made a familiar set of hand signs and muttered "Wind Release: Great breakthrough." This time there would be no clones to block the attack.

The blast of wind sent the kunai's and wire flying right back at David. Even if David could create a shadow clone to block the wind, it wouldn't be able to stop his own flying kunai. Kyoshou then laughed as he gave his melody arm another flick. The same tune played to keep David off balance. Kyoshou then said "Maby if I make you throw up enough, you'll vomit out your organs. That would be interesting."

As if on cue to Kyoshou's stealth statement, Shisui appeared behind him using the Cloak - omnipresence skill that he had learned in Moon village. "Abugabugabuga!" he cried waving his hands about in a ridiculous fashion. Shisui giggled in his normal slightly feminine fashion. "Not very often I see a ghost like you," He prodded Kyoshou in the back as if checking if he was real. "But I guess your busy... and noisy. I think I'll go sit over there and be the audience!" he pumped a fist in the air disappearing faster then any genin could hope to follow. Shisui smiled sitting on a tree branch that was a sufficient distance for him to see at, but not be terribly affected by the sounds. He removed a small package of Dango and began to eat his snack.

David's eyes widened as he saw the attack coming once more, he quickly thought out what he would do as his kunai with wire flew backwards at him aswell. David quickly jumped behind the tree and lied on the ground as one of the kunai flew into the treeand the other kunai being attached to by a wire flung around the tree and got stuck on the other side. if David had stayed standing it would have hit him instead. David quickly still lying down made as many handseals as he could in a short period of time. but before he could finish his jutsu the noise came again and he fell forward throwing up on the ground. David got up and finished redoing the jutsu, all of a sudden a bunch of hands came out of Kyoshou's shadow grabbing both his legs several times. David then faced Kyoshou making some more handseals as he

"ARGBLE!" Kyoshou shouted as he fell over in shock. Kyoshou got up and dusted himself off "How did you do tha......Dead? What are you talking about. I've never been dead....." Kyoshou said sounding confused. As far as he knew he was only unconscious for a few hours. Before Kyoshou could get a reply, the blonde-haired Uchiha was gone. Kyoshou shrugged and turned back to David.

Kyoshou saw David as he had made it just in time before getting stabbed by his own kunai. Suddenly a mass of hands rose out of Kyoshou's shadow and made a grab for him. Kyoshou quickly made a few hand seals in a panic. The hands bound him from the neck down but after a few seconds Kyoshou began to dissolve into violet petals. He had used the flower petal escape genjutsu.

From Kyoshou's hidden location, he pulled out his flute. He began playing a demonic tune that David would find familiar. Kyoshou had perfected the technique to make sure he wouldn't escape this time. The forest turned into a crimson wasteland and bloody bandages hanging from the sky wrapped themself around David's arms and legs. Two of the bandages were tightly wrapped around his hands to make sure they couldn't move at all, even toss a kunai to cut himself to get rid of the genjutsu. This time Kyoshou was sure he was going to win.

David remembered the technique from their last fight. he had one idea, "this is just a genjutsu, i'm really under a tree." David summoned a few dark minions to his side as they were bound to staying under tree with it being a dark place. the Dark minions would actually attack David and release him from the genjutsu. David then looked back at Kyoshou and smiled as the dark minions disipeared, "lets see how you like this..." David quickly made some handseals and attacked with one of his clans genjutsu, the Shadow of the Depths. Kyoshou would find himself falling into a body of water and drowning in it, this is what would happen in the genjutsu as he was trapped. David had a smile on his face now as Kyoshou was going to perish if he didn't escape very soon. David made a few more handseals and a sword began to rise from Koshou's shadow it would cut Kyoshou in the way that every man fears, between the legs. Kyoshou's only chance would be to escape the genjutsu or have someone intervine such as Shisui.(please don't)

Kyoshou suddenly felt as though he was submerged under water and slowly sinking. He tried swimming to the surface but failed. Kyoshou chuckled to himself causing a few air bubbles to escape. He simply cut himself with a kunai he pulled out of his shuriken holster. An advantage of not being bound in the genjutsu was that his real objects were still in reach.
The ocean vanished as he was met by the sound of a blade whistling through the air.

Kyoshou quickly body flickered to a near by branch as he said "Using a genjutsu? On me of all people?! Even if you had me tied up in that genjutsu I would have been able to escape. Why would you put me up against my strength? That was just a waste of chakra." Kyoshou made a string of hand signs and muttered "Kage Bushin No jutsu" Two shadow clones appeared at his side. They then began dashing off in different directions to prepare for their next move. Kyoshou then smirked and said "Your move."
