Hm? Oh that. :::She'd gotten upset looking at it the last few times:::
Luana and I were in the middle of finally constructing the water aquachronometer when the Brink took her away. I could have finished the rest myself but, it's her design...and she should be the first to see it functional.

Unfortunately, she hasn't been back since then.

Oh yes... Luana and I have already thought of things like that. Unfortunately, if the Brink sees fit to put our planning to no use, we can't much help it. It's possible that the moment I leave this room, the water would stop running, and the clock's continuety would be destroyed.
It's hard to predict what sorts of things go on here when we can't see them.

*an elderly woman flickers in, dressed in ratty old clothes and a cloak, half-caked in mud from head to toe. Hunched over, she shuffles forward a step, but then straightens as her body and features shift back to Mell's usual appearance* Ahhhhhhhhhh! *she stretches, still a mess, and then grins over at Cora* Well now, if it isn't Cora! What a pleasant surprise . ..
