I mean, I'm going to be really busy soon and for the whole month of July. I have my mom threatening me about how I need to finish ALL my schoolwork which for some reason I can't, and I feel like I have all these personal tasks to do...

Yes I got permission from everyone but Emi I used it before I knew the bald bases were only for there owners.

Bald bases are 100% Gaian pixels (except for Emi's, for which I changed the eyes) and thus free for taking and use. No one can claim copyright to them because they belong to Gaia.
Bases that have a Meri-Kimi wig on them, however, do come with rules.
I decided that the FAQ didn't need updating. It already states that no wig-only base may be edited without prior permission from myself or Kimini. I shouldn't need to explain every possible scenario. *shrug*
