The slots exist, and with a simple posting to get them approved, they become techniques.
its like how bank bonds are technically money even though they're not physical cash xD

So you don't actually have to learn jutsu...you just achieve them through having a certain amount of intelligence? Interesting. So, because I have 20 intelligence, I can make 4 normal (just RP effect jutsu) Like I have water walking and wall climbing, so that is two of them.
I can have two pre-mades, I have tidal wave already, but I can have one more, and I can make 1 custom jutsu right??
My character is going to be able to control gravity! biggrin

please note that before the revamp is finished as far as learning jutsu and the like goes:
you aquire new jutsu slots based on your int. You then get a jutsu made or chosen and have it updated into your profile BUT you usually wanna post at least a little something in terms of training for the technique whether it be through flashback or otherwise. Now techinically you didn't have to but it kinda ruined the experience if you just magically knew new things without any reason to do so. . w.b
as for after the revamp i don't know what is going down with that area of the system = w=

a lot of stuff if not most XD;; the system will function pretty much the same as it has with some tweaks and accommodation for newly appearing goodies that are in the works. it'll hopefully make this place hoppin and alive again more so then it ever has before . w.b

I just knew the int requirement and what they did. xD But yea, I am pretty excited to start building a style around gravity and my bugs. xD
