No will save since you failed to see through clones and ended up hitting a clone. It works the same for genjutsu as it would a normal attack, so the clone goes 'poof'. It has been confirmed by Gid (wasn't quite sure as I never had this situation happen before xD Such a learning experience this is!!!)
