I live in Ohio, isn't that enough information for you? No, but...I guess it's like...in my mind, parents should be left out of everything if at all possible. With parents who like to edge their way into and/or maintain total control over everything, I guess that's the mentality you kind of develop, y'know? *shrugs* I just sort of take it as a given: whatever can be hidden, must be hidden.

This thread is so depressing.
Three things I really dislike:
1) The use of swear words. Especially excessive. You do not need to swear to get your point across. I'll admit though, I've started using them in my head when I'm frustrated. But I've also picked that up from some of the people that I'm around, which upsets me.
2) Overuse and abuse of the word "orgy". Seriously? People often turn something that has three or more people into one, just automatically. "ORGY TIME!!!"
3) All the sexual themes or jokes.
I go to this guild almost only out of pure habit, the people and things that once interested me are either gone or just uninteresting now. The newer people that have moved in make me feel less.. welcome? I don't know any of them, and I don't really feel like getting to know them either.
Despite being a lurker in most places, I hate feeling invisible. Especially when I don't lurk.
I wish my feelings for a certain person would go away. At least they've died down, but they're still there.

I know what you mean.. I just.. stopped being so active here because of it. I'm not against new members but.. when you lose interest, you lose it in everything here.
Speaking of being active... I'm not really as active here as I used to be. I'm mostly just on Skype now. I check here once and a while, look around, check the mod forum for the latest thread... and I'm out. It's the same thing over and over again.
School is up for a lot of people right now.. when our usual members get used to their schedule, maybe they will come back. But from what I understand, just about everyone is on Skype now. The conversations are there, the links are there, the jokes are there, the fights are there...
People are moving on. New life is welcome.. but they need something to be interested in the first place. Before we do anything, we need to speak with the current members first.
