Hurdy was walking threw Hidden Leaf, his sound location set on the highest chakara. It started to ping in with a total of three men, all fighting to his right. Hurdy smiled and head in that direction. In a short time, he was in a tree near the three of them.
The saw two in combat and one playing violin. Sitting there, he would plan who to attack first. He had to test his new body, and these three would be the perfect ones to do it on. He set his sound location to chakara and hid himself with camoflague consealment. Then slowly moved threw the trees toward the man playing the flute. Hurdy was careful not to touch a single branch, for the leaves would give him away. Now, the only thing that seperated him with the flute man, a trunk of a tree.

Kyoshou played his flute contently. It seemed the battle had moved to the Hokage building. Kyoshou didn't really care to follow. He then went to put his flute back into his left sleeve. As he did, he bumped his elbow into the trunk of the tree. It made a soft clunk. Kyoshou was suddenly on high alert. Normally the clunk wouldn't have put him in alarm but members of his clan had been trained to focus on every detail of a sound. The sound that the tree had made was a bit more rigid with Hurdy's weight on the other side.

It was so unusual, only highly trained jounin or members of his own clan would know to be so silent. He quickly jumped a few trees away. Kyoshou then made a single tiger hand sign with one hand. He had left a piece of paper on the tree branch he was sitting on. The exploding tag began to burn to its end. Kyoshou hardly expected the tag to actually cause damage. It was more meant to knock the stealth ninja on the other side off balance.

Shisui made no attempt to follow the quickly fleeing dinosaur like man, he had no real interest in fighting someone as strange as him, he'd only fought, because he had been attacked first. Shisui sat down across from Kyoshou head cocked to the side, though the sound jounin might be able to mask his footsteps from the younger genin none of his movements escaped the young Uchiha's crimson eyes. "So you noticed he was here too?" Shisui chuckled motioning towards the tree with his left hand, his sword receding back into his body for safe keeping the small black star tattooed on his palm reappearing as the blade returned. "Seems your just a magnet for weird guys today, purple guy. Oh since I just remembered it you'll be the first person I tell my name is Uchiha, Uchiha Shisui. Oh! OH! and I live around here! Just remembered that too!" Shisui clapped with childish delight looking over to Kyoshou who was in a tree a few to his left now. The tomoe in his eyes began to slow as they began to revert to the light green color of their natural state.

Kyoshou turned quickly to Shisui. He glanced a second more at his scarlet eyes. Normally anyone who stared into the eyes of an Uchiha were doomed but Kyoshou figured he really meant no harm. He then returned his gaze to the tree where he had sensed the other ninja. Without breaking his stare he replied "Kyoshou Kinuta. Nice to meet you." Kyoshou took a mental note not to get to friendly with Shisui. The rumors that traveled through the sound village, from Orochimaru's influence, said that friends of the Uchiha's had a nasty habit of dying. Why this was, Kyoshou didn't know but he was going to make sure that he didn't join the others.

David had enough of this village for he was just being tormented by the people who he randomly found, he'd rather go and find someplace safe to train and try to get his mask under controll. as he waited he noticed nothing was happening and his cursed seal and mask both receeded giving him controll of his body once more. he quickly headed to the docks as he looked around, he hadn't eaten in a while so he quickly ran back into town and found a shop getting some food for himself, once finishing eating he walked back to the docks as he thought about where to go to for a good training session. he walked onto a boat and left the hidden leaf.

Hurdy saw the man move from the tree, as the other side expolded. He heard the expolsion a split second before it happened. He just started to put his hand up in defense when a piece of wood filled them. It was like a wooden wall pushing him back. He hit the floor of the woods, but was not hurt. He decided against the invisability and then hoped back up to the trees.
He looked at the Other Kinuta angerly. He had no care for the uchia, at;east not yet. He reached under his overly large cloak and drew two kunai, launching them at the kinuta. He then drew his mask over his mouth, and readied for combat.

Kyoshou's face became a bit more relaxed as his idea worked. The other ninja didn't seem hurt but then again it wasn't his intention to hurt him. "Who are you?" Kyoshou shouted. It seemed he wasn't going to get his answer because the other ninja had just launched two over sized kunais at Kyoshou. He jumped down off of the branch leaving the kunais to fly overhead. As Kyoshou landed on the ground he pulled out his flute.

Kyoshou was determined to get some answers. He began playing the demonic melody Tayuya had taught him. Hurdy would see the ground turn into a crimson sand, the sky turn blood red, and the forest would be replaced with and endless wasteland covered in rotting corpses. Chains would shoot down from the sky and bind Hurdy's limbs to keep him still. The more Hurdy would delay answering Kyoshou's question, the more of his arms would be melted off of his bones.

Hurdy saw the flute and knew instantly it wasn't for show. It was a genjutsu, used to trick Hurdy's mind, and he might have been caught, but he was prepared. Focusing chakara to his melody arm, he blasted noise. The deep vibrations drowned out the flute, and the illusions started to fade. Hurdy jumped down to the ground and drew a kunai to match his oponent. Hurdy would test himself, no matter how skilled his oponent was.
He kept the vibrations on so that he wouldn't hear his Enemy playing his flute. Hurdy wasready to kill, he needed to advance himself anyways. Hehad more than one trick up his sleave for this new ninja.

Kyoshou seemed foiled. 'A member of my own clan?' he thought as he heard the family music maker. At first he was about to stop playing but then a lightbulb went off in his head. He remembered a science lesson back at the academy. When two sounds are exactly the same in every way, they cancel each other out creating a silence for that particular sound. Kyoshou waited for a minute as he studied the tune played by Hurdy.

He then tapped into his own melody arm playing it exactly as Hurdy was. It sounded as though Kyoshou was only playing his flute but that was because the sound of both melody arms was canceled out. Once again Hurdy would see the forest turn into a demonic wasteland. Chains shot out of the sky to bind Hurdy and all of his limbs. The liquification of his arms would now continue.

Hurdy felt his arms melting, so he again focused chakar to his melody arm, this time in a more deadly perspective. Deadly Octaves: Low.A low resanating sound emitted from the melody arm on his right. No one could hear it though. It shattered and cut threw the earth, jagged rocks jutting up every where, a miniature earth quake of sorts. Hurdy's feet where standing on a peice as he began to rise in the air, standing on a pillar of stone, freed from the gen jutsu by the churn of earth.
Now it is my turn to go on the offensive. He sank into the earth as he drew a katana. Underground fish projection. The dust just started to settle on the scene.

The ground was no longer safe. Kyoshou quickly jumped up to the tree branch he was once standing on. Kyoshou scanned the ground for any sign of him but it was no use. He was still a genin and had no technique that could help him out in this type of situation. All he could do was wait. In order to do anything, Hurdy would need to show himself. He pulled out a kunai and waited. Finally he shouted "What do you want from me?!"

While still underground, Hurdy made hand seals for an attack he thought wouldn't give away his location. Earth dragon projectile. A dragon's head emerged from the ground and opened it's mouth, letting loose a volley of earth balls, sized like cannon balls.
Hurdy thought over the ninja's question, why did he want to fight him? He didn't have an answer. He wanted to make himself stronger most likely. But Hurdy couldn't tell him that, he was mute. Oh well, that was fine with him, less of an issue. Just killing, how he liked it.

Shisui clapped his hands with delight examining the new jutsus. "OOh! Ooh! I'm gunna play too!" Shisui giggled clapping his hands together in a set of hand seals. "I'm just remembering so much today I just had to try it!" Shisui cast his Double Vision genjutsu on both combatants in part to make the battle more complicated and in part just, because he thought it would be cool to do. Other then casting the genjutsu over both of them he just continued to sit there with his illusory copy sitting next to him on the branch. Shisui twirled several kunai on his fingers at different knuckles making little whooshing sounds the blades spun nimbly around his fingers.

"Your not helping!" Kyoshou shouted to Shisui. He put his hands in the tiger seal and said "Kai!" The genjutsu then vanished. With him now seeing clearly, Kyoshou began planning his next move. As the dragon head emerged, he began jumping from tree to tree to avoid its cannon balls. He attached an exploding tag to the kunai he was holding. He then launched it at the side of the dragon's head. The tag exploded sending pieces of earth everywhere and the side of the dragon head was nothing more but a mound of dirt. "Quite hiding you chicken!" Kyoshou shouted to the Kinuta.

Hurdy also dispelled the jutsu, he needed not the troubles of a genjutsu, but the uchia would be next. Hearing his opponents call, Hurdy emerged from the ground. First his head apeared, then the rest of his body slowly from the earth to add suspense. He looked at his fellow Kinuta. He knew the kinuta would not last against him. He was way stronger than the uchia, but it was an uchia. So he might be pretty strong.
Hurdy now returned focus to the kinuta, and popped some brown substance into his mouth. His enemy might not know what it was, but Hurdy did. And he would use it soon enough. If he was good, he could take out a few opponents.
