"Not at all" Kyoshou said. He then began to wonder to himself. 'Would he mind if I used that on him? Its not like its really happening. Its only a genjutsu. Its not like I'm gonna actually attack him. I've been eager to try it out....' Kyoshou then began remembering the notes to a very specific melody. He began to play the demonic tune. David's world would begin to change all around him. The ground would turn into a crimson sand, the sky would turn blood red, everything would become a barren wasteland.

Chains shot down from the sky and bound David's arms keeping him from moving. David's limbs would begin to melt right off of their bones starting with the arms. Kyoshou wondered how he would break the genjutsu since he couldn't move. Tayuya had told him that a member of the Nara clan broke it by causing self-inflicted pain using his shadow and no actual movement of his body. Tai wondered if David had a technique that caused pain without him needing to move.

David being captured by this odd genjutsu, still had his sword in his hand but the ability to move the hand was limited. "what the hell is this a genjutsu," David quickly loosened his grip on the sword as it flipped around and he grabbed it, but he still didn't have a good moving area for his hand so he twisted his hand swinging the sword back and forth then released it cutting his leg as it dropped. it landed behind his calf muscle leaving a long slender cut upon the back of his leg, unfortunately he cut some of the muscles by doing this so once the genjutsu was broken he quickly made some handseals and used the mythical healing hand to repair the damage he had just done to his leg. David after fixing himself up grabbed the sword and looked at Kyoshou as his Huyai Metsuki began to show brighter.

Kyoshou took note of how he had escaped the genjutsu. He now knew how he could perfect it. Without missing a beat, Kyoshou played another tune making a smooth transition from his demonic illusion to a soft melody. Kyoshou watched David with the corner of his eye. He noticed his hand was glowing a sea-foam green. 'So he knows the mythical healing hands too.' Kyoshou then noticed his eyes began to glow green.

Dave looked at him with his eyes glowing brightly and all of a sudden reapeared behind him standing on the branch holding him in a headlock with a kunia in hand, "what the hell was that for, huh why don't you answere me, better yet answere to Orochimaru" Daves cursed seal had just released itself and had covered his body well. "i could let you live and you could never try that again or i could send you straight to Orochimaru's side, just so you can make up for any of your mistakes." David had become more sinister with the seal active and his mask was also begining to help him out. "i could leave you alone for now i guess but..." Dave paused as he made a huge grin, ".. i could at least beat you up a bit."

A strangely flanged kunai with an even stranger wrapper came hurtling down from the sky above, as it connected with a tree branch opposite the two, a strangely dressed nin appeared in the kunai's place. Shisui had taken to traveling in this method letting his kunai take him wherever the wind willed him to go. He stood there for a moment wind blowing through his long blond hair causing it to twist sideways in the slight breeze. He cocked his head to the side looking at the two. "You know this looks a bit awkward? It seems to scream "Surprise! Butt sex!" I didn't know ninja around here were into that sort of thing," Shisui stood there staring his blade continually winking in and out of existence, his chakra control still poor.

Kyoshou gave a slight chuckle. David hadn't secured Kyoshou's hands to keep them from moving. He began making hand seals and whispered "Tree binding death." Kyoshou suddenly vanished from David's grip. A tree began to grow behind David wrapping its limbs around him keeping his arms to his side and his legs stiff. The sight must have been weird to see a tree growing on a tree. Kyoshou began to morph out of the tree holding a kunai of his own.

Kyoshou smirked and said "I don't think your in much of a position to be beating anyone up" He then pressed the kunai gently against David's neck. "Besides, I was only testing it out. Its not like you really got hurt." Kyoshou said as he rolled his eyes. He then turned his head to Shisui. He felt a bit embarrased as he said "Oh...this must look very strange from your point of view....Well I'm not from around here and well I'm not too sure about this guy" Kyoshou said as he flicked the back of David's head with his free hand.

David felt completely irritated by the coment of Shisui, "get bent!" but once he said this he could feel movement of the muscles in his neck as Kyoshou had begun some handseals. then next thing his hands were at his sides as he was trapped by a tree on a tree branch. aslwell to make things worse he had Kyoshou all of a sudden morph out of the tree that was holding him with a kunai to his throat. Dave could only think of one thing to do, "******** you.." Dave still had the kunai in his hand and quickly slit a spot in his leg, he was then set free. "hey blonde, you seem familiar to me. have we met?" Dave said as he began to move higher into the tree to evade Kyoshou.

Shisui just giggled with laughter covering his mouth with his wide sleeves. "So long as it's not in front of you two. " he said playing off of Dave's initial comment, the situation still looked a bit strange to him he couldn't see the tree that was binding Dave, since it was something projected in his mind, so it now just appeared that they had switched positions with the Kyoshou behind Dave. Shisui continued to giggle his strange black katana spinning with idle ease. "I don't remember you, but then again I don't know who I am!" He doubled over with laughter his blade resting in a backwards grips the blade
extending down towards his elbow. He stifled his laughter becoming silent for a moment as if listening to something then resumed laughing "I don't know you for sure, but I think my sword might! He says he wants to kill you and drink of your soul. I think he's just being silly, but he can be pretty insistent. He doesn't seem to have any thoughts on you purple guy," he lifted the blade up to eye level displaying the small flat red stone in the hilt from which the crimson vein like lines extended from, the stone seemed to glint with malevolent intelligence. Shisui flicked a strand of blond hair that had fallen into his view away with his free hand.

Dave looked intently, and completely pissed off at Shisui, "your next on my list!" David said as he began to change, the mask and seal worked together covering more of his face and entering level 2 of his curse seal. because the mask had also begun to take controll of his body, his eyes became darker with a bloodlust hidden in the green of the Huyai Metsuki. Dave began to grow a tail as the seal turned his skin to a nice tan color and it made the mask seem only even more ghostly white. Dave had just began to speed along jumping to the tree that Shisui had been sitting in and got to the branch right above him, " you know what i think, you should shut up!" David said as he tried to drop kick Shisui.

"Ummm for what? The surprise butt sex that you were trying to force on the purple guy? I think I'll pass on that one..." Shisui stifled another small laugh the blade in his hand vanishing back into his body for a moment. "Oooh! He's a dinosaur too!" Shisui couldn't help, but chuckle at Dave's new form. He watched intently as Dave sprung from branch to branch until he was above him. Shisui raised his hand in a position not unlike a strange statue in an even stranger place called New York. As Dave leaped down to kick him Shisui recalled the blade which appeared in his cupped hand the blade pointed neatly up a wash of ash seeming to radiate out and upwards towards the attacking nin. In his current position and angle of attack the added length of Shisui upraised arm, the blade and an extension of chakra in the Flying Swallow style of fighting gave him a much greater range of attack then Dave's leg allowed him. Meaning that before Dave's foot could strike at any part of Shisui 's body he would be impaled by the sword in most uncomfortable location, you guessed it, his groin. He would be skewered through and through, effectively castrating him and all Shisui could do was giggle as the cloud of ash obscured his form and Dave kicked his way to a very unflattering demise..

"Hmmm defeating an opponent by forcing them to hurt themselves....I like it!" He said to himself as it reminded him of a certain movie. He covered his mouth with his hand and began speaking in a very raspy voice "Hello....I'd like to play a game" Kyoushou began laughing to himself as he imitated the the villain of his favorite movie. He had hardly payed attention to what had been going between the other two.

He had caught the what Shisui had said. After about a minute of silence Kyoshou burst out laughing "Ohh! I get it!" He said. Kyoushou was a bit naive for his age. He aslo had a good sense of humor and wasn't bothered by jokes of the sort. Kyoshou watched from his tree very contently as if he was watching another one of his movies. Kyoshou figured how he could make things more entertaining. He reached over his shoulder and pulled out his violin and bow. He began playing a very fast requiem to signal the climax of an epic battle.

Dave had grabbed the branch with his hands and let his leg go downward at the blonde idiot. two things Shisui hadn't thought of were that his eyes make people move slower, and another thing is that he had a tail that was longer then his legs. so once the sword started to come up at him he pulled himself abruptly upward with his arms stopping himself from hitting the sword completely instead he got hit on the inside of his leg cutting right above his left ankle. following the slight miss he began to swing his tail to knock the sword out from his hand but he only smacked it a bit side to side. he then pulled himself upward and stuck his legs to the tree branch and pushed himself backwards to the tree between Shisui and Kyoshou. he then held his hand out as the shadow katana he had left in the ground earlier broke apart and reformed into his hand. "lets see whos got the best sword." David said cockily.

Dave would find himself addressing an empty cloud of ash. So long as Dave couldn't be sure of where Shisui was, Shisui could be anywhere, literally. With the art of Omnipresence at work Shisui was now above Dave a set of three kunai in hand. He tossed them straight at Dave's head at full force Charon's claw still in his hand. "Simple answer: Mine." Shisui laughed, this was a fun game and this strange man was keeping it interesting. Not only was Dave being faced with a set of three kunai flying just inches from his skull, but Dave's blade would vanish as the area was flooded with a light that only existed in Shisui's visible spectrum. All the shadows in the area would vanish under this torrent of light that blotted out any signs of darkness. Shisui's blade kept at the ready to defend in case of any unexpected surprises from Dave and his Dinosaur like body. Not that Dave would have the time or probably the experience to realize that his sharigan had begun to turn his pale green eyes to bloody red spinning orbs of tomoe. Suddenly in a spark it came to him Shisui, his name was Shisui and he was a Uchiha of the leaf village. One door opened, so many more to go.

Kyoshou was completely lost. By now he had stopped playing his violin in order to try and make sense of what was going on. It seems as though Shusui had vanished from view. Kyoshou figured he wasn't in any real danger so he sat down on the branch with his back against the trunk. He reached into his left sleeve and pulled out his flute. He began playing a jazz melody. As he played, he payed close attention to what the other two were doing.

Dave had just lost sight of Shisui completely, "what the ********?? where did that blonde dunce go to?" Dave began loking side to side,then all of a sudden he found three kunai headed at his face he hadn't noticed himself even doing handseals as his body took over for him, once the kunai were infront of him he disipeared and reapeared on the Hokage building's rooftop, not even knowing how he had gotten there, it was the body flicker technique. it saved him for now, but once Shisui found him there would be no mercy as he was plotting the next 50 steps to the fight, as he gripped his sword with all intensity and used the other hand to create the shadow ball technique makinga deep shadow as he focused his chakra into it so could feed into his sword making it dense enough to withstand light and retain form and strength. Dave just fed the sword untill it became hard enough to withstand extremely bright lights.
