I don't think its right to just add a super Hado for your convenience :/
At least make it so that its not OP. It doesn't matter if its one use only, simply saying it 'outstrips a bankai' right in the description is a bit much. It should probably be a smaller level Hado, at least in 80's or 90's.

Wrong word, convenience. I mean...well, just breaking the 99 seems a bit off to me. I don't really like it, but my opinion doesn't matter.

I disagree with that. The caster has to be seeded by 2 other Captain's at full strength. Then there's the fact that it's over level 90 which means it's forbidden so all 3 Captain's would face trial afterward. Sure it's hella powerful, but there's severe repercussions to be had if anyone uses it. The chance of there being a situation where 3 captains would show up to a fight and immediately use something like that are slim at best. Especially considering they'd have to leave Soul Society after that if they didn't want to be imprisoned.

Kendo - 10/10: Combat is likened to a dance, strikes can inflict great damage to Vasto Lordes.
Zanpakutō - 10/10: Mutual trust is formed, Shikai and Bankai.
Kidō 1/10
Hadō 1/10: Hadō #'s 1-10
Bakudō 1/10: Bakudō #'s 1-10
Agility 10/10
Speed - 10/10: When dashing one's features are blurred so much that only a silhouette appears, can literally run circles around an opponent.
Direction -10/10: Utsusemi can now performed if the user is a Captain. Air Walking can now be done upside-down. Senka can be performed if the user is a Captain and has a 7 in the Zanjutsu "Kendo" area.
Hakuda 7/10
Fighter - 7/10: Can perform combos; attacks can debilitate an enemy greatly.
Grappler 7/10: Can perform parries.
Reiatsu 10/10
Pressure 10/10: Can become fatal to lesser powered individuals and can 'cause significant weakening to the opponent.
Iron 10/10: Improves defensive capabilities, can withstand an Adjuchas cero.
Physical Strength 10/10
Strength 10/10: Debilitates Adjuchas and Vasto Lordes, less to the latter.
Endurance 10/10: Can temporarily sustain fatal injuries, organ damage, limb removal... except decapitation.

I already know Hei sucks at Kido! I looked at his damn profile for christ's sake, and it was in the example threads! I didn't say anything about Hei, did I? I meant whoever would be using it, not automatically Hei.
All i'm saying is that breaking the 99 to show its uber forbidden just is off. Take a look at Hado 96 - still forbidden.

I think the only forbidden Kidō are Jikanteishi and Kūkanten'i because they actively affect space/time, and then Ittō Kasō because it can only be activated by using one's own body as a catalyst. Nothing was said about either Kurohitsugi or Senjū Kōten Taihō being forbidden.
Either way, I think Sarah meant that the Kidō could be prepared a while beforehand, thus the significance of the Tekkō. 3nodding
